Account Settings is where you manage your personal Rithm profile, schedule preferences, display options, subscription, and related account tools. In the product, this area is labeled Settings.
Use Settings to keep your name and contact information current, tell Rithm when and where you work, control how dates and distances appear, manage your subscription, and reach help when you need it. Many of these choices also guide the Auto-Scheduler, so keeping them accurate helps Rithm build a realistic day for you.
The web and mobile experiences both open a Settings area, but they are not identical. The web Settings page is the fullest place to edit your profile and preferences. The iOS Settings tab focuses on mobile-friendly options (such as meeting reminders and driving directions), shows some profile details as read-only, and opens certain account tools in an in-app browser.
Where to find Settings (Web)
- Sign in to Rithm in your web browser.
- Open the main navigation menu.
- Select Settings (gear icon).
The page title is Settings. Near the top of the page you will also see an Account section with buttons for password, account details, subscription, referrals, help, and ideas.
When you change fields on the main Settings page, use the Save button in the page header to store your updates. If Save succeeds, you will see a confirmation that the settings were saved.
How to use Settings on the web
Name and email
At the top of Settings you can edit:
- Name — Your display name in Rithm.
- Email — The email address you use to sign in and receive messages from Rithm.
Email addresses must be unique. If the address is already used by another account, Rithm will tell you that the email is used by someone else and will not save the change.
Phone (when available on your account)
If phone verification is available for your account, Settings shows your phone status next to your email:
- Phone not verified if no verified number is on file, with an Add Phone button.
- Your verified number with a check mark if verification is complete, with a Change Phone button.
Selecting Add Phone or Change Phone opens Phone Verification.
- Enter your phone number. For numbers outside the US region, include the country code.
- Review the consent notice about transactional texts and calls, then select Send Verification Code.
- Enter the 6-digit code you receive, then select Verify Code.
Phone verification helps enable additional security features. You can opt out of texts from the verification page if needed.
Notifications from Rithm
If email status notifications are available on your account, you will see Notifications from Rithm with these choices:
- Evening Emails
- Morning Emails
- None
Rithm can send helpful reminders, tips, and updates about your upcoming day. Choose the timing that fits your routine, or select None to turn these emails off. Remember to select Save after changing this preference.
If you previously unsubscribed from an email link, you can return to Settings and adjust Notifications from Rithm to subscribe again.
Account section
The Account section groups important account actions as buttons:
- Change password
- Account details
- Manage Subscription
- Refer a Friend
- Help
- Submit Ideas
Change password
- Select Change password.
- Enter your Current password.
- Enter your New password.
- Select Save.
Password rules:
- At least 8 characters
- Uppercase and lowercase letters
- At least one number
- Must not contain spaces, %, &, $, or +
You can use the eye icon next to a password field to show or hide what you typed. If the current password is missing or incorrect, Rithm will ask you to correct it. When the change succeeds, you will see confirmation that your password was changed.
Account details
Account details is a read-only summary of your account. It typically includes:
- Name and email
- Product role
- Billing summary (whether you manage billing, another user manages billing, or the account is paid in full)
- Company and team memberships
- Home address and work hours
- Vacation / out-of-territory dates, if entered
- Manager
- Location status and timezone
- When the account was created and last updated
From Account details you can select Okay to return to Settings, or Manage Subscription to open subscription management. If you manage billing, Account details may also offer a Manage option for payments.
Manage Subscription
Manage Subscription opens subscription management for your Rithm plan. Use it to review your product, renewal or end dates, billing status, and related subscription actions available for your account.
Refer a Friend
Use Refer a Friend when you want to share Rithm with a colleague through Rithm’s referral flow.
Help and Submit Ideas
- Help opens an email draft to Rithm support so you can ask for help with your account.
- Submit Ideas opens Rithm’s feedback page so you can share product suggestions.
Home address
Home address is your morning starting point. Rithm uses it to estimate distance and travel to your first appointment.
- Enter a full street address (for example, street, city, state/region, and postal code).
- Select Save.
If the address is unclear, Rithm may ask you to review possible matches and choose the correct one, or edit the address and try again. If the address lookup service is temporarily unavailable, wait and try saving again later.
Default work hours
Default work hours tell the Auto-Scheduler when it may arrange automatic client meetings. Meetings are only planned during the hours you enter here (and within each client’s availability and reasonable travel time).
- Enter your usual day and hour ranges in the work hours field.
- Optionally select Tip for formatting examples.
- Select Save.
Rithm understands flexible hour formats. Useful patterns include:
- Single range: Tuesday-Thursday 4pm-6pm, T-R 4:00-6:00, or Tu 4-6
- Several ranges: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm, Friday 9:00am-12:00 — or shorter forms such as M-R 8-4, F 9-noon
- Special shortcuts: Mo&We 9-5 or M/W 9-5; exceptions such as M&W 9-5, except 12-2; lunch such as M&W 9-5, except lunch
A common starting example is M-F 8-5, except lunch. If Rithm cannot recognize the format, it may keep your previous hours or show guidance so you can correct the entry.
After you change work hours, run Auto-Schedule if you want your upcoming plan updated to match the new availability.
Your activity
Your activity shows a read-only activity chart for your account. Use it as a quick view of how your activity and Auto-Schedule usage look over time. There is nothing to edit in this section.
Out of territory and holidays
Out of territory tells Rithm when you are unavailable so the Auto-Scheduler does not create meetings for those periods.
- Check Fixed range when you want to block a specific start and end date range.
- Use the Starts and Ends date fields to set the range.
- Use the holiday category checkboxes (when shown) to mark holiday sets that apply to you. Tip icons next to categories can show holiday dates for the current year.
Meetings will not be created by the Auto-Scheduler when you are unavailable. After changing out-of-territory settings, use Auto-Schedule so existing planned meetings can be adjusted.
Then select Save on the Settings page to keep your changes.
Display style
Display style controls how Rithm presents information across the web app. Each option includes a short example or explanation. Change any of these, then select Save.
- Date format — MM-DD-YYYY, DD-MM-YYYY, or YYYY-MM-DD. An example of today’s date updates as you choose.
- Time format — 12 Hour or 24 Hour, with a live time example.
- Distance — Miles or km.
- Name order — People first (B2C) or Business Account first (B2B). This chooses whether people names or business names appear first. With Business Account first (B2B), the Clients menu label becomes Accounts.
- Schedule detail — Show estimated times, or show recommended route only. Choose whether detailed meeting and travel time estimates appear in schedule recommendations.
- Visit-rate display (when available) — Show Frequency (Weeks between Calls) or Show Cadence (Target Calls per Qtr).
Import / Export
Use Import/Export when you need to bring clients into Rithm or take client data out:
- Import client wizard — Guided import for clients from a spreadsheet or similar source.
- Export clients — Export your clients from Rithm.
- Export clients: Raw transfer format — Available only when your account includes that option.
Help text on this section notes that clients in a spreadsheet can become Rithm clients through import.
Maintenance
The Maintenance section provides tools for keeping client data and scheduling preferences healthy:
- Bulk edit clients — Update many client records at once.
- Address checker — Review and correct client address issues.
- Reset visit history — Clears last/prior visit history for clients you can edit. Rithm asks Are you sure? and warns that resetting visit history causes clients to be treated as due as soon as possible, even if you just visited them. After reset, you are returned to Clients with a confirmation message.
- Reset location preference — Clears your saved location preference so Rithm can ask again whether it may use your location.
- Custom fields — Manage custom fields on client records.
- Custom widgets — Available when your permissions include widget editing.
- Auto-Scheduler settings — Opens dedicated Auto-Scheduler preferences (described below).
- Acknowledgements — Credits for third-party components used by Rithm.
- Replay Welcome Tours — Restarts the in-app welcome tours so you can see them again the next time you visit each page.
At the bottom of Maintenance, Rithm also displays informational Location status and Timezone (GMT offset). These are status details, not fields you edit directly on this page.
Auto-Scheduler settings
From Maintenance, select Auto-Scheduler settings to adjust how far ahead and how densely Rithm plans automatic meetings:
- Days in advance to schedule — How far into the future the Auto-Scheduler forecasts a plan (for example, a number of days or weeks).
- Limit meetings per day — Cap daily meetings (your preset appointments plus Rithm suggestions), or choose Not limited. Even when not limited, Rithm still respects your work hours, client hours, and reasonable travel time.
- Default minutes per meeting — Default visit length saved with new and imported client records. This does not automatically overwrite minutes on existing clients. To change minutes for many existing clients, use the bulk edit tool linked from this page.
Save your Auto-Scheduler settings before leaving the page.
Log Off
At the bottom of Settings, select Log Off to sign out of Rithm on the web.
Saving checklist for common salesperson updates
- Open Settings.
- Update name, email, notifications, home address, work hours, out-of-territory dates, or display preferences as needed.
- Select Save.
- If you changed availability (hours, holidays, or out-of-territory), run Auto-Schedule so your plan reflects the new settings.
- Use Account buttons for password, subscription, help, or referrals as needed.
Where to find Settings (iOS)
- Open the Rithm for Sales app and sign in.
- Tap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation (gear icon).
The screen title is Settings. At the top you will see your name and email for the signed-in account. On iOS, that header is informational and is not edited directly on this screen.
Other bottom tabs (for context) include Schedule, Clients, Targets, and Auto-Scheduler.
If you are not signed in, Settings shows Not currently logged in.
How web and iOS Settings differ
Please note these important differences before you start:
- The iOS Settings tab is the home for mobile preferences such as Meeting notifications and Driving directions. Those controls are not part of the web Settings page.
- On iOS, Home address is shown for reference but is not editable in the app. Update your home address in web Settings.
- Default work hours can be edited on both web and iOS.
- Changing your name or email, changing your password, setting email notification timing (morning/evening), out-of-territory dates, holiday choices, display style, import/export, reset visit history, and replay welcome tours are web Settings capabilities. They are not native editors on the iOS Settings tab.
- On iOS, expand Account and tap Manage Account to open subscription management in an in-app browser. That flow focuses on your subscription, not the full web Settings form.
- Password reset on iOS is available from the sign-in screen via Forgot password?, not from Settings.
How to use Settings on iOS
Meeting notifications
The Meeting notifications section controls local reminders on your iPhone. Changes are saved on the device. When you leave Settings after changing reminders, Rithm updates or clears pending local notifications as needed.
There are two reminder cards:
- My appointments reminder — Reminds you about your appointments.
- First daily meeting reminder — Reminds you about the first meeting of your day.
For each reminder:
- Turn Enabled on or off.
- When enabled, use Alert to choose timing.
Alert choices include:
- At time of event
- 5, 10, 15, 30, or 45 minutes before
- 60 minutes before (common default)
- 90, 120, or 180 minutes before
The Alert picker is unavailable while that reminder’s Enabled switch is off.
If iOS has not yet granted notification permission, follow the on-screen prompts to turn on reminders (for example, Turn On Reminders). If permission was previously denied, you may need to open the iPhone Settings app and allow notifications for Rithm.
Driving directions
Under Driving directions, choose which maps app Rithm should use when you open directions from clients or your schedule:
- Waze (default)
- Apple Maps
Select the option you prefer. Rithm remembers the choice on your device.
Refer a friend
Tap Refer a friend to open Rithm’s referral page in an in-app browser and share Rithm with a colleague.
Account
Expand the Account section to open these buttons:
- Manage Account — Opens Manage Your Subscription in an in-app browser so you can review plan and billing information for your account. When you close that page, the app refreshes your account status from the server.
- Help — Opens Rithm support resources in an in-app browser.
- Submit Ideas — Opens the feedback page so you can share product ideas.
Use Manage Account for subscription questions. For full profile editing (name, email, home address, display preferences, and similar), use Settings on the web.
Maintenance
Expand Maintenance to open the same style of tools available on the web, each in an in-app browser:
- Bulk edit clients
- Address Checker
- Custom Fields
- Auto-Scheduler Settings
After you close some of these tools, the app refreshes related client or account information so your lists stay current.
Inside Auto-Scheduler Settings (same web tool opened from the app), you can set:
- Days in advance to schedule
- Limit meetings per day (or Not limited)
- Default minutes per meeting for new and imported clients
Location
Expand Location to view read-only location details, such as:
- Home latitude and longitude
- Timezone (for example PDT or CST) and GMT offset
- Current latitude and longitude when GPS is available
You can select and copy this text if support asks for it. You cannot edit location values here. Location permission itself is requested by the app when needed (for example, Allow While Using App with Precise location on).
Useful documents
Expand Useful documents for:
- Acknowlegements — Opens the in-app acknowledgements sheet (third-party libraries). Close it with Okay.
- Terms of Service — Opens in an in-app browser.
- Privacy Policy — Opens in an in-app browser.
About this app
Expand About this app to see the Rithm logo, app name, version/build information, and copyright notice for Rithm AI, Inc.
Home address
The Home address section shows your starting address for the morning. Rithm uses it to estimate distance to the first appointment.
On iOS this address is view-only (you can select/copy the text). To change it, sign in on the web, open Settings, update Home address, and select Save.
Default work hours
Default work hours can be edited in the iOS app.
- In Settings, find Default work hours.
- Optionally tap Tips to open the Work Hours guidance screen with examples.
- Tap the bordered work hours field (pencil icon) to edit.
- Update the hours text.
- Tap Save, or Cancel to discard the edit.
Help text on the screen explains that auto-scheduled client meetings are arranged only during this time. Enter a day and hour range.
Useful formats (same ideas as on the web) include:
- Single range: Tuesday-Thursday 4pm-6pm, T-R 4:00-6:00, Tu 4-6
- Several ranges: M-R 8-4, F 9-noon
- Special shortcuts: Mo&We 9-5 or M/W 9-5; except 12-2; except lunch
Save is unavailable while the field is empty or unchanged. If the format cannot be recognized, Rithm keeps your existing hours and explains that the value was not changed.
After changing work hours, consider running Auto-Schedule so your upcoming plan matches the new availability.
Logoff
- Near the bottom of Settings, tap Logoff.
- Confirm you are looking at the correct account (Logged in as: your name).
- Read Are you sure you want to logoff from Rithm?
- Tap Make it so! to sign out.
Logging off clears your local session data and related reminder state as part of the sign-out process.
Password and faster sign-in (related, outside Settings)
These account actions are nearby but not under the Settings tab:
- Forgot password? — On the sign-in screen, use this to reset your password through Rithm’s reset flow in a browser.
- Remember me — On sign-in (when Face ID or Touch ID is available), you can allow the app to save details for faster login. The app may ask Log in faster with Face ID? Choose Continue or Cancel.
- Password character restrictions still apply: passwords must not contain spaces, %, &, $, or +.
To change your password while already signed in, use web Settings → Account → Change password.
Practical mobile workflow for salespeople
- Use the iOS Settings tab for reminders, driving directions, work hours, referrals, help, ideas, maintenance tools, and logoff.
- Use Account → Manage Account for subscription management.
- Use web Settings when you need to update name, email, home address, email notification timing, out-of-territory dates, display style, import/export, or password.
- After availability changes, run Auto-Schedule so your day plan stays aligned with your Settings.
