The Home screen is your personal dashboard in Rithm on the web. After you sign in, it is usually the first place you land. Think of it as your daily command center: a single page that brings together today’s schedule snapshot, reminders, upcoming meetings, messages, goals, quick actions, and—when available—your Sales Advisor, so you can see what matters without hunting through every menu.
Home is built from widgets—boxes of information arranged in two columns. Each widget focuses on one job (for example, “what’s on today,” “sticky notes due,” or “company goals”). Depending on your account, company, and permissions, you may see more or fewer widgets than another salesperson. Your company can also set defaults, and you can often rearrange or turn widgets on or off to match how you work.
Home is not the same as:
- The login / Welcome page where you enter your email and password
- The Schedule screen (your full calendar day by day)
- Any single client record or Target List
Those tools still matter. Home simply gives you a friendly overview and shortcuts so you can start the day with clarity.
On the Rithm iOS app: There is no Home screen. The iPhone app uses tabs such as Schedule, Clients, Auto-Scheduler, Targets, and Settings. The dashboard experience described here is for the web app. On iOS, start with Schedule for your day and use the other tabs for the rest of your work.
Where to find it in the UI?
After you sign in
- Open Rithm in your web browser and sign in.
- After any “What’s new” or similar notice (if shown), you are taken to Home.
- The page title reflects your name (for example, Home for [Your Name]).
From the main navigation
- Look at the navigation bar under the top header (the row of main destinations such as Schedule, Clients, Auto-Scheduler, and so on).
- Select Home.
- While you are already on Home, the Home menu item is typically hidden (because you are already there). Your company logo may appear in that area instead.
Top of the Home page
At the top of Home you will usually see:
- The Rithm logo
- A short status line such as “X days remaining in month. Y days remaining in quarter.” — a quick reminder of how much working time is left in the current month and quarter
- A notification bell (when notifications are available) — opens Home focused on the Notifications widget
- A yellow sticky note icon (when sticky notes are enabled for your account) — opens the sticky note composer so you can jot a reminder without scrolling
- Language options, if your account supports more than one language
Returning to Home from elsewhere
From many other screens, you can get back to Home by choosing Home in the main navigation. Some confirmation or error screens also offer a Return Home or Okay action that takes you back to Home.
How to use it?
Use Home as your morning check-in and your mid-day pulse check. Scroll the page, read each widget that applies to you, and click into anything that needs action. Below is a guided tour of the main areas you may see. Your layout may differ slightly; that is normal.
If you do not have clients yet
If Rithm does not yet know your clients, Home may show a clear getting-started banner such as Let’s get started! along with a message that Rithm can create a strong plan once it knows where your clients are.
You may also see guidance like You do not have any clients yet! and options such as:
- Import clients from a spreadsheet.
- Pick prospects nearby. or Pick prospects from the map.
- Add sample clients. (when available)
- Help contacting support for import assistance
On a phone-sized browser, some add-client options are limited; additional options are available on a desktop computer.
What to do: Add or import clients first. Nearly everything on Home (suggested meetings, Auto-Schedule shortcuts, and a useful calendar) becomes much more valuable once Rithm knows who you sell to and where they are.
Territory selection (managers and team views)
Heading: Territory selection
If you can view team or territory data, you may see a compact Show: control near the top of Home. Use it to switch whose territory or team data appears on Home (and related screens). Individual salespeople without that permission typically will not see this widget.
What to do: When reviewing your own day, keep the view on yourself. When coaching or checking a teammate, switch the filter intentionally, then switch back when you are done.
Today
Heading: Today
This widget is your “right now” summary:
- A live clock and today’s date (12-hour or 24-hour style follows your preferences)
- Appointments — count of appointments you pre-planned for today (click to go to Schedule)
- Suggested Meetings — count of meetings Rithm suggested for today (click to go to Schedule)
- Total Marked Completed — how many of today’s items you have marked completed
Visual cues may appear on the completed count: a warning when nothing is completed yet but you still have work planned, or a star when everything planned for today is marked completed.
What to do: Glance here first. If Appointments or Suggested Meetings show work for today, open Schedule and work the day. Mark items completed as you finish them so Home (and Rithm’s learning) stay accurate.
Getting Started (early days with Rithm)
Heading: Getting Started
New users often see this checklist first:
- Welcome line: Welcome to Rithm!
- Checklist steps with checkboxes that fill in as you progress:
- Add clients — import or prospect if you do not have clients yet; once Rithm knows your clients, it can help plan each day
- Auto-Schedule — use Rithm’s Auto-Scheduler to suggest the best clients to visit; if you already have appointments, add them first and Auto-Schedule will fill the gaps around them
- Encouragement to use Feedback at the bottom of pages, contact support by email, or open the Quick-start Guide
After you have clients, this widget may hide after a short period (about a week of onboarding). When it hides, the Shortcuts widget typically takes its place.
What to do: Complete Add clients, then run Auto-Schedule. Use the Quick-start Guide if you want a structured orientation.
Shortcuts (after Getting Started)
Heading: Shortcuts
Once you are past the initial Getting Started checklist, Shortcuts keeps handy actions in one place as buttons, for example:
- Add clients
- Need help? — opens the help dialog (see below)
- Feedback — share ideas or issues with the Rithm team
- Auto-Schedule (may show Auto-Scheduling… while a run is in progress)
What to do: Use Shortcuts when you already know the flow but want one-click access without opening every menu.
Need help? dialog
Choosing Need help? (from Shortcuts or from the footer on many pages) opens a dialog titled Need help? with options such as:
- Documentation — opens Rithm support documentation
- Watch tutorial — opens the in-app tutorial / intro
- Take product tour — expands a list of available guided tours (you may briefly see Loading…)
- Contact support — starts an email to support@rithmai.com
- Close — dismisses the dialog
What to do: Start with Documentation or a product tour for “how do I…?” questions; use Contact support when you are stuck or see something unexpected.
Sticky note reminders
Heading: Sticky note reminders
(Requires sticky notes permission on your account.)
Sticky notes are personal reminders that surface on Home when they are due. Use them for follow-ups, “call back after lunch,” or anything you do not want buried in email.
On the widget:
- Add (in the widget header) — opens the sticky note composer
- Empty state: No sticky notes to work on.
- When notes exist: a Due list with dates and note text; overdue items are highlighted and may show Overdue
- Click a note’s date/title to jump toward that day on Schedule
- History — review past sticky notes
Yellow sticky icon in the top bar: Opens the same composer from anywhere on Home.
In the sticky note composer:
- Type your note in the text area
- Choose a Due: time: This evening, Tomorrow AM (default), or End of week
- Save to keep it
- History to review earlier notes
What to do: Keep sticky notes short and action-oriented. Clear or complete them when done so Home stays calm and useful.
Upcoming Meetings
Heading: Upcoming Meetings
This widget summarizes what is coming, distinguishing:
- Meetings planned by the Rithm Auto-Scheduler over the next month
- Appointments pre-planned by you
Examples of messages you may see:
- If Rithm has not planned meetings yet: encouragement that when you Auto-Schedule, Rithm will automatically plan meetings for you
- A count such as “N meetings, planned by the Rithm Auto-Scheduler over the next month.”
- “100% are planned by Rithm. No upcoming appointments, pre-planned by you.” when everything upcoming is Rithm-suggested
- A list of your own upcoming appointments with date/time and client (or notes), each linking into Schedule
Add in the widget header lets you create a new meeting/appointment and return to Home afterward.
What to do: If the Auto-Scheduler count is zero and you have clients, open Auto-Scheduler and run a plan. If you have fixed commitments (demos, QBR, lunch-and-learn), Add them as appointments so Auto-Schedule can work around them.
Notifications
Heading: Notifications
(Often shows a count badge when there are messages.)
This is your in-app inbox for Rithm and teammate messages. Empty state: No messages.
Notification bell in the top bar jumps you to this section on Home.
Messages can include system reminders (for example sticky/email-related notices, “no clients yet,” completion prompts, or upcoming meeting warnings) and user-to-user notes.
If you are part of a company account, you may also see a composer to message teammates:
- Placeholder text similar to Hello @salesperson
- Type @ plus a teammate’s name (suggestions help you pick a valid person)
- Send delivers the message
- If the @name is missing or invalid, you will see a warning that the message needs a valid @name to be sent
What to do: Check Notifications when the bell appears or as part of your morning routine. For team messages, always include a valid @name so the right person receives it.
Sales Advisor
Heading: Sales Advisor
(Available when Sales Advisor / AI advice is enabled for your account.)
Sales Advisor is a conversational helper on Home. It may greet you by first name and offer practical sales help, answers to questions, or a heads-up when something needs attention.
How to chat:
- Read the greeting (if shown).
- Type in the field with placeholder How can I help you today?
- Send using the send control (title: Send message).
- Read the reply in the conversation area.
- If the Advisor offers suggested reply buttons, tap one to respond quickly.
- Use History in the widget header to open past Advisor conversations. From history you may see Continue chat > to resume a prior conversation on Home.
Important note shown in the UI: Sales Advisor can make mistakes. Check important info. Treat advice as helpful coaching, not a substitute for your judgment, company policy, or customer facts.
What to do: Ask concrete questions (“How should I prepare for a first meeting with a lukewarm prospect?”) or operational ones (“What should I focus on today?”). Verify anything critical before you act.
Referrals
Heading: Referrals
Short message: earn referral rewards when anyone gets Rithm with your link, plus a Refer a friend button.
What to do: If you know someone who would benefit from Rithm, use Refer a friend and share your link. The footer on many pages may also include Refer a Friend.
Company Goals
Heading: Company Goals
(Shown for users in a company account. Editing requires permission; others may only see goals after they exist.)
Company goals are shared with everyone using Rithm in your company.
- Empty (for editors): explanation that you can set company goals here and they are shared with the company
- Add / Cancel in the header to start or stop editing
- Tip: You can also select a goal to see the history.
- Save to store goals
- History to review past goals
What to do: Editors should keep goals clear and current. Everyone else should review them regularly so daily activity stays aligned with company priorities.
Personal Goals
Heading: Personal Goals
(When personal goals are enabled for your account.)
Personal goals are for you alone—not shared with teammates. Empty state explains that writing them down and reviewing them each day helps success.
Use the same pattern as company goals: Add, write your goals, Save, and use History when you want the archive. Tip text may remind you that selecting a goal shows history.
What to do: Keep 1–3 active personal goals visible. Review them when you open Home each morning.
Calendar (on Home)
Heading: Calendar
An embedded calendar on Home shows appointments and place markers so you can skim the month without leaving the dashboard.
Tips shown under the calendar:
- Desktop: Double-click or drag to add appointment
- Mobile web: Long-press or drag to add appointment
When creating or viewing events, you may use dialogs with actions such as Cancel, Save, and View, and fields such as From, To, and Client or account name or address.
What to do: Use Home’s Calendar for a quick month view and light edits. Use the full Schedule screen when you need the detailed day plan, routes, and completion workflow.
Trial reminder (if you are on a trial)
Near Getting Started or Shortcuts, you may see a trial reminder when your trial is ending soon, such as:
Your trial ends in N days. Keep your access uninterrupted. plus Add a payment method, and a note that You won’t be charged until your trial ends.
If a payment method is already on file, you may instead see Thank you for subscribing to Rithm.
What to do: Add a payment method before the trial ends if you want uninterrupted access.
Customizing which widgets appear
Many widgets include a list icon in the header. On Home, that icon opens Widget selection / Home dashboard configuration.
There you can:
- Drag to change order
- Check to enable (or uncheck to hide) widgets
- Choose Return to defaults to restore the standard layout
- Optionally create a custom widget if your account supports it
What to do: Start with the default layout for a few days. Then hide widgets you never use and move your most-used widgets (for example Today, Upcoming Meetings, and Notifications) higher so less scrolling is needed.
Footer help on Home (and other pages)
At the bottom of Home you will typically find buttons or links such as:
- Need help?
- Submit Ideas / Feedback
- Refer a Friend
Plus copyright and version information.
A simple daily routine on Home (web)
- Open Home after login.
- Read Today — know appointments, suggested meetings, and completion progress.
- Scan Notifications and clear anything actionable.
- Check Sticky note reminders and Upcoming Meetings.
- Glance at Company Goals and Personal Goals.
- If your day is empty or thin, use Auto-Schedule (from Getting Started, Shortcuts, or the Auto-Scheduler menu).
- Ask Sales Advisor only if you want coaching or a quick answer—then verify important details.
- Jump into Schedule to execute the day; return to Home anytime for the big picture.
Home on web vs iOS (quick note)
| Web | iOS app | |
|---|---|---|
| Home dashboard | Yes — widgets, goals, notifications hub, Sales Advisor (when enabled), embedded calendar | No Home screen |
| Best starting place | Home, then Schedule | Schedule tab |
| Work in similar ways | Clients, Auto-Scheduler, Targets, Settings via menus | Same ideas via bottom tabs (Schedule, Clients, Auto-Scheduler, Targets, Settings) |
If you mainly use the iPhone app, remember that the dashboard-style overview lives on the web Home screen. Sign in on the web when you want that full at-a-glance experience; use iOS when you want schedule and client work on the go.
