In the product, this area is labeled <strong>Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use Settings to keep your name and contact information current, tell Rithm when and where you work, control how dates and distances appear, manage your subscription, and reach help when you need it. Many of these choices also guide the Auto-Scheduler, so keeping them accurate helps Rithm build a realistic day for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The web and mobile experiences both open a <strong>Settings<\/strong> area, but they are not identical. The web Settings page is the fullest place to edit your profile and preferences. The iOS Settings tab focuses on mobile-friendly options (such as meeting reminders and driving directions), shows some profile details as read-only, and opens certain account tools in an in-app browser.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"su-tabs su-tabs-style-default su-tabs-mobile-stack\" data-active=\"1\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-tabs-nav\"><span class=\"\" data-url=\"\" data-target=\"blank\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Web UI<\/span><span class=\"\" data-url=\"\" data-target=\"blank\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Mobile UI<\/span><\/div><div class=\"su-tabs-panes\"><div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"Web UI\">\n<h2>Where to find Settings (Web)<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign in to Rithm in your web browser.<\/li>\n<li>Open the main navigation menu.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Settings<\/strong> (gear icon).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The page title is <strong>Settings<\/strong>. Near the top of the page you will also see an <strong>Account<\/strong> section with buttons for password, account details, subscription, referrals, help, and ideas.<\/p>\n<p>When you change fields on the main Settings page, use the <strong>Save<\/strong> button in the page header to store your updates. If Save succeeds, you will see a confirmation that the settings were saved.<\/p>\n<h2>How to use Settings on the web<\/h2>\n<h3>Name and email<\/h3>\n<p>At the top of Settings you can edit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Name<\/strong> \u2014 Your display name in Rithm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email<\/strong> \u2014 The email address you use to sign in and receive messages from Rithm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Email addresses must be unique. If the address is already used by another account, Rithm will tell you that the email is used by someone else and will not save the change.<\/p>\n<h3>Phone (when available on your account)<\/h3>\n<p>If phone verification is available for your account, Settings shows your phone status next to your email:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Phone not verified<\/strong> if no verified number is on file, with an <strong>Add Phone<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>Your verified number with a check mark if verification is complete, with a <strong>Change Phone<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Selecting <strong>Add Phone<\/strong> or <strong>Change Phone<\/strong> opens <strong>Phone Verification<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Enter your phone number. For numbers outside the US region, include the country code.<\/li>\n<li>Review the consent notice about transactional texts and calls, then select <strong>Send Verification Code<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the 6-digit code you receive, then select <strong>Verify Code<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Phone verification helps enable additional security features. You can opt out of texts from the verification page if needed.<\/p>\n<h3>Notifications from Rithm<\/h3>\n<p>If email status notifications are available on your account, you will see <strong>Notifications from Rithm<\/strong> with these choices:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Evening Emails<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Morning Emails<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>None<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rithm can send helpful reminders, tips, and updates about your upcoming day. Choose the timing that fits your routine, or select <strong>None<\/strong> to turn these emails off. Remember to select <strong>Save<\/strong> after changing this preference.<\/p>\n<p>If you previously unsubscribed from an email link, you can return to Settings and adjust <strong>Notifications from Rithm<\/strong> to subscribe again.<\/p>\n<h3>Account section<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>Account<\/strong> section groups important account actions as buttons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Change password<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Account details<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Manage Subscription<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Refer a Friend<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Help<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Submit Ideas<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Change password<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Select <strong>Change password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your <strong>Current password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your <strong>New password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Password rules:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 8 characters<\/li>\n<li>Uppercase and lowercase letters<\/li>\n<li>At least one number<\/li>\n<li>Must not contain spaces, %, &amp;, $, or +<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can use the eye icon next to a password field to show or hide what you typed. If the current password is missing or incorrect, Rithm will ask you to correct it. When the change succeeds, you will see confirmation that your password was changed.<\/p>\n<h4>Account details<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Account details<\/strong> is a read-only summary of your account. It typically includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name and email<\/li>\n<li>Product role<\/li>\n<li>Billing summary (whether you manage billing, another user manages billing, or the account is paid in full)<\/li>\n<li>Company and team memberships<\/li>\n<li>Home address and work hours<\/li>\n<li>Vacation \/ out-of-territory dates, if entered<\/li>\n<li>Manager<\/li>\n<li>Location status and timezone<\/li>\n<li>When the account was created and last updated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>From Account details you can select <strong>Okay<\/strong> to return to Settings, or <strong>Manage Subscription<\/strong> to open subscription management. If you manage billing, Account details may also offer a <strong>Manage<\/strong> option for payments.<\/p>\n<h4>Manage Subscription<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Manage Subscription<\/strong> opens subscription management for your Rithm plan. Use it to review your product, renewal or end dates, billing status, and related subscription actions available for your account.<\/p>\n<h4>Refer a Friend<\/h4>\n<p>Use <strong>Refer a Friend<\/strong> when you want to share Rithm with a colleague through Rithm\u2019s referral flow.<\/p>\n<h4>Help and Submit Ideas<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Help<\/strong> opens an email draft to Rithm support so you can ask for help with your account.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Submit Ideas<\/strong> opens Rithm\u2019s feedback page so you can share product suggestions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Home address<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Home address<\/strong> is your morning starting point. Rithm uses it to estimate distance and travel to your first appointment.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Enter a full street address (for example, street, city, state\/region, and postal code).<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If the address is unclear, Rithm may ask you to review possible matches and choose the correct one, or edit the address and try again. If the address lookup service is temporarily unavailable, wait and try saving again later.<\/p>\n<h3>Default work hours<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Default work hours<\/strong> tell the Auto-Scheduler when it may arrange automatic client meetings. Meetings are only planned during the hours you enter here (and within each client\u2019s availability and reasonable travel time).<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Enter your usual day and hour ranges in the work hours field.<\/li>\n<li>Optionally select <strong>Tip<\/strong> for formatting examples.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Rithm understands flexible hour formats. Useful patterns include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Single range:<\/strong> Tuesday-Thursday 4pm-6pm, T-R 4:00-6:00, or Tu 4-6<\/li>\n<li><strong>Several ranges:<\/strong> Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm, Friday 9:00am-12:00 \u2014 or shorter forms such as M-R 8-4, F 9-noon<\/li>\n<li><strong>Special shortcuts:<\/strong> Mo&amp;We 9-5 or M\/W 9-5; exceptions such as M&amp;W 9-5, except 12-2; lunch such as M&amp;W 9-5, except lunch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A common starting example is <strong>M-F 8-5, except lunch<\/strong>. If Rithm cannot recognize the format, it may keep your previous hours or show guidance so you can correct the entry.<\/p>\n<p>After you change work hours, run <strong>Auto-Schedule<\/strong> if you want your upcoming plan updated to match the new availability.<\/p>\n<h3>Your activity<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Your activity<\/strong> shows a read-only activity chart for your account. Use it as a quick view of how your activity and Auto-Schedule usage look over time. There is nothing to edit in this section.<\/p>\n<h3>Out of territory and holidays<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Out of territory<\/strong> tells Rithm when you are unavailable so the Auto-Scheduler does not create meetings for those periods.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check <strong>Fixed range<\/strong> when you want to block a specific start and end date range.<\/li>\n<li>Use the <strong>Starts<\/strong> and <strong>Ends<\/strong> date fields to set the range.<\/li>\n<li>Use the holiday category checkboxes (when shown) to mark holiday sets that apply to you. Tip icons next to categories can show holiday dates for the current year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Meetings will not be created by the Auto-Scheduler when you are unavailable. After changing out-of-territory settings, use <strong>Auto-Schedule<\/strong> so existing planned meetings can be adjusted.<\/p>\n<p>Then select <strong>Save<\/strong> on the Settings page to keep your changes.<\/p>\n<h3>Display style<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Display style<\/strong> controls how Rithm presents information across the web app. Each option includes a short example or explanation. Change any of these, then select <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Date format<\/strong> \u2014 MM-DD-YYYY, DD-MM-YYYY, or YYYY-MM-DD. An example of today\u2019s date updates as you choose.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Time format<\/strong> \u2014 12 Hour or 24 Hour, with a live time example.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Distance<\/strong> \u2014 Miles or km.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Name order<\/strong> \u2014 People first (B2C) or Business Account first (B2B). This chooses whether people names or business names appear first. With Business Account first (B2B), the Clients menu label becomes <strong>Accounts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule detail<\/strong> \u2014 Show estimated times, or show recommended route only. Choose whether detailed meeting and travel time estimates appear in schedule recommendations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visit-rate display<\/strong> (when available) \u2014 Show Frequency (Weeks between Calls) or Show Cadence (Target Calls per Qtr).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Import \/ Export<\/h3>\n<p>Use <strong>Import\/Export<\/strong> when you need to bring clients into Rithm or take client data out:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Import client wizard<\/strong> \u2014 Guided import for clients from a spreadsheet or similar source.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Export clients<\/strong> \u2014 Export your clients from Rithm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Export clients: Raw transfer format<\/strong> \u2014 Available only when your account includes that option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Help text on this section notes that clients in a spreadsheet can become Rithm clients through import.<\/p>\n<h3>Maintenance<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>Maintenance<\/strong> section provides tools for keeping client data and scheduling preferences healthy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bulk edit clients<\/strong> \u2014 Update many client records at once.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Address checker<\/strong> \u2014 Review and correct client address issues.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reset visit history<\/strong> \u2014 Clears last\/prior visit history for clients you can edit. Rithm asks <strong>Are you sure?<\/strong> and warns that resetting visit history causes clients to be treated as due as soon as possible, even if you just visited them. After reset, you are returned to Clients with a confirmation message.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reset location preference<\/strong> \u2014 Clears your saved location preference so Rithm can ask again whether it may use your location.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom fields<\/strong> \u2014 Manage custom fields on client records.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom widgets<\/strong> \u2014 Available when your permissions include widget editing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Auto-Scheduler settings<\/strong> \u2014 Opens dedicated Auto-Scheduler preferences (described below).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acknowledgements<\/strong> \u2014 Credits for third-party components used by Rithm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Replay Welcome Tours<\/strong> \u2014 Restarts the in-app welcome tours so you can see them again the next time you visit each page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the bottom of Maintenance, Rithm also displays informational <strong>Location status<\/strong> and <strong>Timezone<\/strong> (GMT offset). These are status details, not fields you edit directly on this page.<\/p>\n<h3>Auto-Scheduler settings<\/h3>\n<p>From Maintenance, select <strong>Auto-Scheduler settings<\/strong> to adjust how far ahead and how densely Rithm plans automatic meetings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Days in advance to schedule<\/strong> \u2014 How far into the future the Auto-Scheduler forecasts a plan (for example, a number of days or weeks).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Limit meetings per day<\/strong> \u2014 Cap daily meetings (your preset appointments plus Rithm suggestions), or choose <strong>Not limited<\/strong>. Even when not limited, Rithm still respects your work hours, client hours, and reasonable travel time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Default minutes per meeting<\/strong> \u2014 Default visit length saved with new and imported client records. This does not automatically overwrite minutes on existing clients. To change minutes for many existing clients, use the bulk edit tool linked from this page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Save your Auto-Scheduler settings before leaving the page.<\/p>\n<h3>Log Off<\/h3>\n<p>At the bottom of Settings, select <strong>Log Off<\/strong> to sign out of Rithm on the web.<\/p>\n<h3>Saving checklist for common salesperson updates<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open <strong>Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Update name, email, notifications, home address, work hours, out-of-territory dates, or display preferences as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If you changed availability (hours, holidays, or out-of-territory), run <strong>Auto-Schedule<\/strong> so your plan reflects the new settings.<\/li>\n<li>Use Account buttons for password, subscription, help, or referrals as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"Mobile UI\">\n<h2>Where to find Settings (iOS)<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the Rithm for Sales app and sign in.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the <strong>Settings<\/strong> tab in the bottom navigation (gear icon).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The screen title is <strong>Settings<\/strong>. At the top you will see your name and email for the signed-in account. On iOS, that header is informational and is not edited directly on this screen.<\/p>\n<p>Other bottom tabs (for context) include Schedule, Clients, Targets, and Auto-Scheduler.<\/p>\n<p>If you are not signed in, Settings shows <strong>Not currently logged in.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>How web and iOS Settings differ<\/h2>\n<p>Please note these important differences before you start:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The iOS Settings tab is the home for mobile preferences such as <strong>Meeting notifications<\/strong> and <strong>Driving directions<\/strong>. Those controls are not part of the web Settings page.<\/li>\n<li>On iOS, <strong>Home address<\/strong> is shown for reference but is not editable in the app. Update your home address in web Settings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Default work hours<\/strong> can be edited on both web and iOS.<\/li>\n<li>Changing your name or email, changing your password, setting email notification timing (morning\/evening), out-of-territory dates, holiday choices, display style, import\/export, reset visit history, and replay welcome tours are web Settings capabilities. They are not native editors on the iOS Settings tab.<\/li>\n<li>On iOS, expand <strong>Account<\/strong> and tap <strong>Manage Account<\/strong> to open subscription management in an in-app browser. That flow focuses on your subscription, not the full web Settings form.<\/li>\n<li>Password reset on iOS is available from the sign-in screen via <strong>Forgot password?<\/strong>, not from Settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to use Settings on iOS<\/h2>\n<h3>Meeting notifications<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>Meeting notifications<\/strong> section controls local reminders on your iPhone. Changes are saved on the device. When you leave Settings after changing reminders, Rithm updates or clears pending local notifications as needed.<\/p>\n<p>There are two reminder cards:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>My appointments reminder<\/strong> \u2014 Reminds you about your appointments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>First daily meeting reminder<\/strong> \u2014 Reminds you about the first meeting of your day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For each reminder:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Turn <strong>Enabled<\/strong> on or off.<\/li>\n<li>When enabled, use <strong>Alert<\/strong> to choose timing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Alert choices include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At time of event<\/li>\n<li>5, 10, 15, 30, or 45 minutes before<\/li>\n<li>60 minutes before (common default)<\/li>\n<li>90, 120, or 180 minutes before<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Alert picker is unavailable while that reminder\u2019s Enabled switch is off.<\/p>\n<p>If iOS has not yet granted notification permission, follow the on-screen prompts to turn on reminders (for example, <strong>Turn On Reminders<\/strong>). If permission was previously denied, you may need to open the iPhone Settings app and allow notifications for Rithm.<\/p>\n<h3>Driving directions<\/h3>\n<p>Under <strong>Driving directions<\/strong>, choose which maps app Rithm should use when you open directions from clients or your schedule:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Waze<\/strong> (default)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apple Maps<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Select the option you prefer. Rithm remembers the choice on your device.<\/p>\n<h3>Refer a friend<\/h3>\n<p>Tap <strong>Refer a friend<\/strong> to open Rithm\u2019s referral page in an in-app browser and share Rithm with a colleague.<\/p>\n<h3>Account<\/h3>\n<p>Expand the <strong>Account<\/strong> section to open these buttons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Manage Account<\/strong> \u2014 Opens Manage Your Subscription in an in-app browser so you can review plan and billing information for your account. When you close that page, the app refreshes your account status from the server.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Help<\/strong> \u2014 Opens Rithm support resources in an in-app browser.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Submit Ideas<\/strong> \u2014 Opens the feedback page so you can share product ideas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Use <strong>Manage Account<\/strong> for subscription questions. For full profile editing (name, email, home address, display preferences, and similar), use Settings on the web.<\/p>\n<h3>Maintenance<\/h3>\n<p>Expand <strong>Maintenance<\/strong> to open the same style of tools available on the web, each in an in-app browser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bulk edit clients<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Address Checker<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom Fields<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Auto-Scheduler Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After you close some of these tools, the app refreshes related client or account information so your lists stay current.<\/p>\n<p>Inside <strong>Auto-Scheduler Settings<\/strong> (same web tool opened from the app), you can set:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Days in advance to schedule<\/li>\n<li>Limit meetings per day (or Not limited)<\/li>\n<li>Default minutes per meeting for new and imported clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Location<\/h3>\n<p>Expand <strong>Location<\/strong> to view read-only location details, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Home latitude and longitude<\/li>\n<li>Timezone (for example PDT or CST) and GMT offset<\/li>\n<li>Current latitude and longitude when GPS is available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can select and copy this text if support asks for it. You cannot edit location values here. Location permission itself is requested by the app when needed (for example, Allow While Using App with Precise location on).<\/p>\n<h3>Useful documents<\/h3>\n<p>Expand <strong>Useful documents<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Acknowlegements<\/strong> \u2014 Opens the in-app acknowledgements sheet (third-party libraries). Close it with <strong>Okay<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Terms of Service<\/strong> \u2014 Opens in an in-app browser.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong> \u2014 Opens in an in-app browser.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About this app<\/h3>\n<p>Expand <strong>About this app<\/strong> to see the Rithm logo, app name, version\/build information, and copyright notice for Rithm AI, Inc.<\/p>\n<h3>Home address<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>Home address<\/strong> section shows your starting address for the morning. Rithm uses it to estimate distance to the first appointment.<\/p>\n<p>On iOS this address is view-only (you can select\/copy the text). To change it, sign in on the web, open Settings, update <strong>Home address<\/strong>, and select <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Default work hours<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Default work hours<\/strong> can be edited in the iOS app.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In Settings, find <strong>Default work hours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Optionally tap <strong>Tips<\/strong> to open the Work Hours guidance screen with examples.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the bordered work hours field (pencil icon) to edit.<\/li>\n<li>Update the hours text.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Save<\/strong>, or <strong>Cancel<\/strong> to discard the edit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Help text on the screen explains that auto-scheduled client meetings are arranged only during this time.
