Managing it means checking your plan status, updating how you pay, reviewing invoices, canceling if you need to stop, restarting if access has ended, or\u2014only when you truly want it\u2014erasing your account and personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This page walks through the full process for both the web app and the iPhone app. On both platforms, the important billing and payment screens open from inside Rithm; you do not need a separate billing account to get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Managing your subscription<\/strong> is the set of screens and actions that let you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>See which Rithm product you are on (for example, Professional or a free trial)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>See when your subscription renews, or when it will end<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update your credit card and other payment details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update billing contact information (such as billing email, phone, or address)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>View and download invoices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancel your plan while keeping your Rithm data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subscribe or restart if a trial or paid period has ended<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Erase your account entirely (web only in most mobile flows\u2014see Mobile UI)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who can manage billing?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Situation<\/th><th>What you can do<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>You pay for the subscription<\/strong><\/td><td>Full access: view status, open Billing, subscribe\/restart, and (on web) erase your account<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>A teammate or company owner pays<\/strong><\/td><td>You may see that another team member manages billing. Review your subscription status<\/h3>\n<p>On <strong>Manage Your Subscription<\/strong> you will typically see:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Current Product<\/strong> \u2014 the plan or role name for your account (for example, Professional). If access has ended, an <strong>Expired<\/strong> label may appear.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subscription Renews<\/strong> <em>or<\/em> <strong>Subscription End Date<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Subscription Renews<\/strong> usually appears while the plan is active and will bill again.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subscription End Date<\/strong> appears when the subscription is canceling, canceled, or past due.<\/li>\n<li>Date text such as:<\/li>\n<li>A calendar date (next renewal or end date)<\/li>\n<li><strong>(Not set)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>(Currently never ends)<\/strong> \u2014 for accounts that are paid in full \/ do not expire<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subscription expired on {date}<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Billing questions?<\/strong> \u2014 a support link when billing details apply<\/li>\n<li>An <strong>Account<\/strong> section with <strong>Name<\/strong>, <strong>Email<\/strong>, <strong>Status<\/strong>, and sometimes <strong>Quantity<\/strong> (number of seats)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Status messages you might see<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A normal active status (shown as capitalized status text)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Free trial has ended<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Subscription ended &#8211; Make payment to restart<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Deleted<\/strong> \u2014 if the account was erased<\/li>\n<li>Free-trial messaging such as:<br \/>\n<em>You have {days} days remaining in your Free Trial. Please purchase a subscription to continue using Rithm.<\/em><br \/>\nor<br \/>\n<em>Your {num}-day Free Trial has ended.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are on a team seat and do not own the subscription record, you may see: <strong>Another team member manages billing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>2. Open Billing (cards, invoices, cancel plan, billing info)<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>On <strong>Manage Your Subscription<\/strong>, select <strong>Billing<\/strong>.<br \/>\nOr from <strong>Account details<\/strong>, select <strong>Manage<\/strong> (when you manage billing).<br \/>\nOr from <strong>User Accounts<\/strong>, select <strong>Manage billing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Rithm opens a secure <strong>Billing<\/strong> area in your browser.<\/li>\n<li>When you are finished, use the return path back to Settings (or the page you came from).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In Billing you can typically:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>View subscription details<\/strong> for your current plan<\/li>\n<li><strong>Update payment methods<\/strong> \u2014 add or remove cards so renewals succeed<\/li>\n<li><strong>Update billing information<\/strong> \u2014 billing email, phone, address, and related details as shown<\/li>\n<li><strong>View invoice history<\/strong> and <strong>download invoices<\/strong> for your records or expense reports<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancel Plan<\/strong> \u2014 stop the subscription while keeping your Rithm data (see below)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Treat Billing as the place for anything related to <em>paying<\/em> for Rithm. The Manage Subscription page is the place to <em>see status<\/em> and choose high-level actions like Subscribe, Restart, Billing, or Erase Account.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>3. Update your credit card or payment method<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Settings \u2192 Manage Subscription \u2192 Billing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In Billing, open payment methods.<\/li>\n<li>Add a new card (card number, expiration, security code, and any required billing details).<\/li>\n<li>Remove an old card if it is no longer needed.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm the card you want used for renewals is set as the default when that option is shown.<\/li>\n<li>Return to Rithm when finished.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Tips for novices<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Update the card <em>before<\/em> the renewal date if your card is expiring.<\/li>\n<li>If a renewal fails, open Billing, fix the payment method, then check whether access resumes or whether you need <strong>Subscribe<\/strong> \/ <strong>Restart Subscription<\/strong> on the manage page.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the billing email accurate so invoices and payment notices reach the right person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>4. Add a payment method during a free trial<\/h3>\n<p>If you are on a trial and it is within about the last 10 days, and no payment method is on file yet, Rithm may show a reminder such as:<\/p>\n<p><em>Your trial ends in {num} days. Keep your access uninterrupted.<\/em> <strong>Add a payment method<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>You won&#8217;t be charged until your trial ends.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Select <strong>Add a payment method<\/strong> to open Billing and save a card. After a valid payment method is on file, you may see a thank-you style confirmation that you are set up for when the trial ends.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>5. Subscribe or restart after a trial or paid period ends<\/h3>\n<p>When the manage page offers it, select:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Subscribe<\/strong> \u2014 common during or after a free trial, or when status shows the subscription ended and payment is needed<\/li>\n<li><strong>Restart Subscription<\/strong> \u2014 common when the subscription has expired and Rithm can restart using prior plan details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What happens next:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Rithm takes you through a secure checkout to enter payment details and complete the purchase.<\/li>\n<li>Follow the on-screen steps. New purchases often continue into account email confirmation and verification.<\/li>\n<li>Restarting an existing account may show a shorter thank-you flow with <strong>Let&#8217;s get started<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>After a successful payment, return to Rithm and confirm that <strong>Manage Your Subscription<\/strong> shows an active product and a future renew or end date.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Choosing a plan<\/strong><br \/>\nNew plans are often selected from Rithm\u2019s public pricing pages, referral offers, or in-app upgrade prompts. If Billing tells you another user pays for your account and you want your <em>own<\/em> subscription, you may see <strong>Select plan<\/strong> to get started as a subscriber.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>6. Cancel your subscription but keep your data<\/h3>\n<p>Use this when you want to stop paying but keep clients, schedules, and notes.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Settings \u2192 Manage Subscription<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Billing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Choose <strong>Cancel Plan<\/strong> and confirm the prompts Billing shows you.<\/li>\n<li>Return to <strong>Manage Your Subscription<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>What to expect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>While cancellation is scheduled for the end of the period, you may still use Rithm until that date. The manage page may show <strong>Subscription End Date<\/strong> instead of <strong>Subscription Renews<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>After the period ends, status may show that the subscription ended and that payment is needed to restart.<\/li>\n<li>Your data remains unless you separately erase the account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>7. Erase your account (permanent)<\/h3>\n<p>Only use this if you want your account and personal data permanently removed.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Settings \u2192 Manage Subscription<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Erase Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Read the <strong>DANGER!<\/strong> warning carefully. It explains that continuing will permanently erase items such as:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal information (name, starting address, work hours, and similar)<\/li>\n<li>Meeting schedules<\/li>\n<li>Call notes<\/li>\n<li>Notifications<\/li>\n<li>Sticky notes<\/li>\n<li>Goals<\/li>\n<li>And that <strong>Subscriptions will be canceled<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Choose <strong>Back &#8211; Do not erase<\/strong> if you change your mind.<br \/>\nOr <strong>Continue &#8211; Erase account<\/strong> to proceed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Important note on that screen:<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> To cancel your subscription and keep your data for another day (or another team member) without erasing it, go back and select <strong>Billing \u2192 Cancel Plan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>After erase, the manage page may show status <strong>Deleted<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>8. Team and company billing on the web<\/h3>\n<p>If you manage users for a company:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open <strong>User Accounts<\/strong> (when available for your role).<\/li>\n<li>Review the account summary (including active paid users, when shown).<\/li>\n<li>If you have billing permission, read the Billing capabilities list, then select <strong>Manage billing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>That opens the same Billing experience used from Manage Subscription.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Account details<\/strong>, you may see phrasing such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>You manage billing on this account.<\/strong> (with <strong>Manage<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Another user manages the billing on this account.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Your account is paid in full.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The account is currently paid up to {date}.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you open Billing but someone else pays, Rithm may explain that another user currently pays for your subscription, show how long the account is paid through (or that it is fully paid), and offer <strong>Select plan<\/strong> if you want to subscribe on your own, plus <strong>Back<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>9. Upgrading for a feature (example: Auto-Scheduler)<\/h3>\n<p>If a feature requires a higher plan, you may see a <strong>Sorry<\/strong> message explaining that you need to upgrade (for example, to Professional for auto-scheduling). Buttons typically include <strong>Return Home<\/strong> and <strong>Upgrade to Professional<\/strong>, which take you into Billing \/ plan management.<\/p>\n<p>After some plan changes, Rithm may ask you to sign in again so the new features load correctly.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>10.
