Think of it as the home page for that person or practice: who they are, how important they are to your territory, how often you should visit, how to reach them, and what has happened on past visits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From Client Details you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review a client\u2019s profile, contact information, and visit preferences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update those details so your book stays accurate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>See visit history and open related meetings on your schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take everyday field actions such as calling, getting directions, checking in after a visit, and scheduling the next task or meeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keeping Client Details up to date helps Rithm plan smarter routes, show the right clients on your Target List, and keep your notes and contact info ready when you are in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on how your organization is set up, the menu may say <strong>Clients<\/strong> or <strong>Accounts<\/strong>. The Client Details screen works the same either way.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"su-tabs su-tabs-style-default su-tabs-mobile-stack\" data-active=\"1\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-tabs-nav\"><span class=\"\" data-url=\"\" data-target=\"blank\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Web UI<\/span><span class=\"\" data-url=\"\" data-target=\"blank\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Mobile UI<\/span><\/div><div class=\"su-tabs-panes\"><div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"Web UI\">\n<h2>Where to find it<\/h2>\n<p>You can open Client Details from several places in the web app:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Clients<\/strong> (or <strong>Accounts<\/strong>) in the main menu<br \/>\nOpen the list, then click a client card or row to open that client\u2019s details.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pipeline<\/strong><br \/>\nClick a client card or link. You may return to Pipeline when you go back.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Target List<\/strong><br \/>\nClick a client card to open details.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Calendar<\/strong><br \/>\nClick a client name from calendar items, tips, or related scheduling screens.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check In<\/strong><br \/>\nUse <strong>View History \u2192<\/strong> (or similar history links) to jump into Client Details and the meetings history for that client.<\/li>\n<li>After capturing a <strong>photo<\/strong> or scanning a <strong>business card<\/strong><br \/>\nRithm may return you to that client\u2019s details so you can review what was saved.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The page title is <strong>Client details<\/strong>. Use the back control (often labeled <strong>Back<\/strong>) to return to where you came from\u2014usually the Clients list.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>How to use it<\/h2>\n<h3>Overview of the screen<\/h3>\n<p>Modern Client Details is organized into clear sections on one page:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A <strong>header<\/strong> with the client\u2019s name, organization (when available), photo or initials, and quick action buttons<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client Profile<\/strong> \u2014 specialty, importance, notes, stage, and type<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meeting Profile<\/strong> \u2014 how often to visit, appointment-only and virtual preferences, and visit length<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contact Details<\/strong> \u2014 addresses, hours, email, phone, website, and other clients at the same location<\/li>\n<li>Collapsible sections for <strong>Photos<\/strong>, <strong>Meetings<\/strong>, and <strong>Map<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Empty values often show as <code>--<\/code> until you add information.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Viewing a client<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the client from any entry point above.<\/li>\n<li>Start at the header to confirm you have the right person and organization.<\/li>\n<li>Read <strong>Client Profile<\/strong> for relationship context (stage, importance, specialty, notes).<\/li>\n<li>Read <strong>Meeting Profile<\/strong> for visit cadence and meeting style.<\/li>\n<li>Read <strong>Contact Details<\/strong> for address, hours, and how to reach them.<\/li>\n<li>Expand <strong>Photos<\/strong>, <strong>Meetings<\/strong>, or <strong>Map<\/strong> when you need history, images, or directions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you are viewing another salesperson\u2019s book (shared or filtered views), editing may be limited or unavailable. In that case, Rithm may show a message such as asking whether you want to return to your own clients.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Header actions<\/h3>\n<p>Near the top of the page you will find quick actions (availability depends on your permissions and the data on file):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong> (when enabled) \u2014 open Sales Advisor insights for this client<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule<\/strong> \u2014 opens a <strong>Quick Schedule<\/strong> menu:<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add Task<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Add Meeting<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Add Event<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Visit ASAP<\/strong> (subtitle: <strong>Adds to this week&#8217;s route<\/strong>) or <strong>Don&#8217;t visit ASAP<\/strong> (subtitle: <strong>Route at standard pace<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Call<\/strong> \u2014 dial the client\u2019s phone number when a number is saved<\/li>\n<li><strong>Navigate<\/strong> \u2014 open maps for the client\u2019s address<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check In<\/strong> \u2014 log today\u2019s visit; after you complete check-in for today, this may show as <strong>Completed<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>More<\/strong> \u2014 additional options such as:<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add another Location for this Client<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Add another Client at this Location<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Update from business card<\/strong> (when enabled)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add Photo<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete Client<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Client Profile<\/h3>\n<p>This section answers: <em>Who is this client in my territory?<\/em><\/p>\n<table>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th>Field<\/th>\n<th>What it means<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Specialty<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>The client\u2019s specialty or focus (for example, a medical specialty).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Importance<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>How important this client is to you, typically on a 1\u201310 scale, often with Low \/ Medium \/ High guidance. Higher importance usually means more priority in planning.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Notes<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Free-form notes about the client. Keep these useful for your next visit.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Stage<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Where the client is in your sales journey (for example Unaware, Aware, Trial, User, Advocate, or Lost). Choosing a lost stage can also set importance to 0.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Type<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>The contact type for this record (for example Client or Prospect, depending on your company\u2019s list).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Beside the <strong>Client Profile<\/strong> title you may also see a visit reminder, such as how long it has been since the last visit, including overdue warnings when applicable.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Meeting Profile<\/h3>\n<p>This section answers: <em>How should Rithm schedule visits with this client?<\/em><\/p>\n<table>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th>Field<\/th>\n<th>What it means<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Weeks Between Visits Target<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Ideal number of weeks between visits (often adjustable from about 1 to 12). Shown as something like \u201c2 weeks.\u201d<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>By Appointment Only<\/strong><\/td>\n<td><strong>Yes<\/strong> or <strong>No<\/strong>. If Yes, meetings are by appointment only and the Auto-Scheduler will not create meetings for this client.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Minutes per Visit Target<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Typical length of a visit in minutes.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Virtual Only<\/strong><\/td>\n<td><strong>No<\/strong>; <strong>Yes (Email\/Phone &#8211; reminders only)<\/strong>; or <strong>Yes (Virtual online meeting &#8211; no travel)<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>If the client is flagged for ASAP routing, you may see an <strong>ASAP<\/strong> badge on this section.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Contact Details<\/h3>\n<p>This section answers: <em>Where are they, when are they available, and how do I reach them?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Address and Hours<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Locations are listed with <strong>Address<\/strong> and <strong>Hours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The primary location may show a <strong>Primary<\/strong> label.<\/li>\n<li>Hours may show normal availability (for example weekday hours) or <strong>By appointment only<\/strong> when that setting is on.<\/li>\n<li>Use <strong>+ Add Location<\/strong> to add another address for the same client when you have edit access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Email, phone, and website<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Email, phone, and website appear with icons.<\/li>\n<li>When a value is filled in, the icon can open mail, dial the phone, or open the website.<\/li>\n<li>Click the value itself when you need to edit it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other clients at this location<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Practices and offices often have more than one contact at the same address.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If none: <strong>No Other Clients at this Location<\/strong>, with <strong>+ Add Client<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>If some exist: <strong>Other Clients at this Location<\/strong>, with columns such as <strong>Name<\/strong>, <strong>Specialty<\/strong>, <strong>Stage<\/strong>, <strong>Importance<\/strong>, and <strong>Meet Individually<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Use <strong>+ Add More Clients<\/strong> to add another person at this location<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meet Individually<\/strong> controls whether that person should be treated separately for visits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Address warnings can appear if the address is unclear or overlaps other records. Clear, recognizable addresses help Rithm schedule visits correctly.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Photos<\/h3>\n<p>Expand <strong>Photos<\/strong> to review pictures linked to the client.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tap a photo to view it more closely<\/li>\n<li>Add photos with the add control or from <strong>More \u2192 Add Photo<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Non-primary photos may offer <strong>Make primary<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Deleting a photo asks for confirmation: <strong>Are you sure you want to delete this photo?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Meetings (visit history)<\/h3>\n<p>Expand the meetings section (often titled like <strong>Meetings with [name]<\/strong> or <strong>Meetings with account<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If nothing is planned: <strong>None currently planned<\/strong>, with an <strong>Auto-Schedule\u2026<\/strong> option when available<\/li>\n<li>When meetings exist, you typically see <strong>Date<\/strong>, <strong>Call Notes<\/strong>, and <strong>Completed<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click a row to open the related day on the Calendar<\/li>\n<li>Use <strong>More\u2026<\/strong> to load additional history<\/li>\n<li>Use filters such as <strong>Only \u2713<\/strong> \/ <strong>Not Only \u2713<\/strong> to focus on completed meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Map<\/h3>\n<p>Expand <strong>Map<\/strong> to see the client on a map and use <strong>Directions<\/strong> (Apple Maps) when coordinates are available.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Editing on the web (inline edit)<\/h3>\n<p>On the modern Client Details page, you usually edit <strong>one field at a time<\/strong> without leaving the page.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click the field you want to change (look for the small edit icon next to the value).<\/li>\n<li>Update the value using the control that appears (text box, slider, dropdown, checkbox, and so on).<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong> to keep the change, or <strong>Cancel<\/strong> to discard it.<\/li>\n<li>Look for a confirmation message such as <strong>Field updated successfully<\/strong> or <strong>Stage updated successfully<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tips for novices:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Only one field is open for editing at a time during normal viewing.<\/li>\n<li>There is no single \u201cSave entire page\u201d button for routine edits\u2014each field saves when you confirm it.<\/li>\n<li>If an address is unclear, Rithm may ask you to choose a clearer alternative so visits can be scheduled.<\/li>\n<li>Changing <strong>Stage<\/strong>, <strong>Importance<\/strong>, visit frequency, or virtual\/appointment settings directly affects how this client appears in planning tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Adding a new client (from Client Details flows)<\/h3>\n<p>When you add a client in the modern experience, the page title is <strong>Add New Client<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fill in the key fields, especially the client name<\/li>\n<li>Use <strong>Save Client<\/strong> to create the record, or <strong>Cancel<\/strong> to leave without saving<\/li>\n<li>Cancel may ask: <strong>Are you sure you want to cancel? All entered data will be lost.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>If the name is missing, you may see <strong>Please enter a client name.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>When adding another client at the same location, <strong>Client name<\/strong> and <strong>Specialty<\/strong> are typically required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Deleting a client<\/h3>\n<p>From <strong>More \u2192 Delete Client<\/strong> (when you have permission):<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Confirm the prompt: <strong>Are you sure you want to delete this client?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Review the name and address shown.<\/li>\n<li>Note the warning: <strong>This action cannot be undone.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Choose <strong>Delete<\/strong> to remove the client, or <strong>Cancel<\/strong> to keep them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>If your account still uses the older Client Details layout<\/h3>\n<p>Some users may still see a read-only Client Details page with an <strong>Edit<\/strong> button in the header.<\/p>\n<p>In that older layout:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Review the fields on the details page.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Edit<\/strong> to open the <strong>Edit Contact<\/strong> form (subtitle <strong>Edit client<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Change the fields you need.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong> in the header when finished.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The information is the same idea\u2014profile, contact info, visit preferences, photos, meetings, and map\u2014but editing happens on a separate form instead of field-by-field on the details page. If you also see <strong>Show Beta View<\/strong>, you can switch to the newer inline-edit experience.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"Mobile UI\">\n<h2>Where to find it<\/h2>\n<p>On the Rithm iPhone app, open <strong>Client details<\/strong> from:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Clients<\/strong> tab<br \/>\nTap a client in the list. You can also use the search bar to filter by client name or account name, then tap a result. Search stays available when you return.<\/li>\n<li>After <strong>Add Client<\/strong><br \/>\nFrom Clients, tap <strong>+<\/strong>, complete <strong>Add Client<\/strong>, and save. The app opens the new client\u2019s details automatically.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Targets<\/strong> tab (<strong>Target List<\/strong>)<br \/>\nTap the client\u2019s name or address on a row to open details.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Tap client info on a route stop<\/li>\n<li>Open <strong>Nearby Clients<\/strong> and tap a client<\/li>\n<li>Open <strong>Clients Available Today<\/strong> and tap a client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The navigation title is <strong>Client details<\/strong>. The back button label matches where you came from: <strong>Clients<\/strong>, <strong>Targets<\/strong>, or <strong>Schedule<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The Clients map pin sheet is a quick summary (and limited notes editing). It is not the full Client Details screen. On Target List, the info menu actions such as Call or Directions also do not open full details\u2014use the name\/address link for that.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>How to use it<\/h2>\n<h3>Overview of the screen<\/h3>\n<p>iOS Client Details is designed for field use. The screen is primarily <strong>view-only<\/strong>. To change most information, tap <strong>Edit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>You will typically see:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A header with the client name (and account name in uppercase underneath when both exist)<\/li>\n<li>Circular action buttons for everyday field tasks<\/li>\n<li>Optional expanders if the client has multiple locations or multiple people at the same place<\/li>\n<li>A card of profile and visit fields<\/li>\n<li><strong>Show meetings<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>A map at the bottom when the address has been located successfully<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Viewing a client<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the client from Clients, Targets, or Schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm the name and account in the header.<\/li>\n<li>Use the action buttons when you need Advisor help, directions, a phone call, or check-in.<\/li>\n<li>Scroll the field card for stage, importance, contact info, notes, and visit preferences.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Show meetings<\/strong> for planned and past meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Review the map when it appears.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the sticky-note button in the top bar if you want to create a sticky note related to this work.<\/li>\n<li>Use the back button (<strong>Clients<\/strong>, <strong>Targets<\/strong>, or <strong>Schedule<\/strong>) when you are done.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If the client is no longer available in your book, the screen may close on its own.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Action buttons at the top<\/h3>\n<p>These circular buttons sit under the name:<\/p>\n<table>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th>Button<\/th>\n<th>What it does<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Opens Sales Advisor for this client (when you are logged in).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>Opens navigation in Waze or Apple Maps, based on your Settings preference (Waze is the common default).
