It brings together visits Rithm recommends, appointments you create yourself, travel time between stops, helpful tips and reminders, and shortcuts to nearby or available clients you might fit in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use the tabs below for step-by-step guidance on the web app and the mobile app. The idea is the same on both; the screens and a few controls differ.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"su-tabs su-tabs-style-default su-tabs-mobile-stack\" data-active=\"1\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-tabs-nav\"><span class=\"\" data-url=\"\" data-target=\"blank\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Web UI<\/span><span class=\"\" data-url=\"\" data-target=\"blank\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Mobile UI<\/span><\/div><div class=\"su-tabs-panes\"><div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"Web UI\">\n<h2>What is the Schedule List?<\/h2>\n<p>On the web, the Schedule List is the daily agenda on the <strong>Schedule<\/strong> page. It is not a separate menu item named \u201cSchedule List.\u201d When you open Schedule, the list (agenda) of timed stops for the day you selected is what we mean by the Schedule List.<\/p>\n<p>Think of it as your field day on one screen. It typically includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Notifications<\/strong> \u2014 tips, schedule alerts, sticky notes, and reminders<\/li>\n<li><strong>My appointments<\/strong> \u2014 items you added yourself (calls, meetings, events, overnight blocks, and similar)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recommended Schedule<\/strong> \u2014 the main timed route Rithm built for the day, including client visits and travel time between stops<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nearby clients<\/strong> (or <strong>Nearby accounts<\/strong> in some B2B setups) \u2014 people close by who are not already on today\u2019s route<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clients available today<\/strong> \/ <strong>All clients available today<\/strong> \u2014 a broader list of who could be seen that weekday<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Beside or under the list, you will usually see a <strong>map<\/strong> of the day\u2019s stops so you can picture the route.<\/p>\n<p>Marking visits complete (and using Check In when available) helps Rithm learn what actually happened, so future plans get smarter.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to find it<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the main menu (hamburger icon).<\/li>\n<li>Choose <strong>Schedule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>You land on the Schedule page for today (or the day you last viewed).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>On smaller browser windows, you may also see a <strong>Schedule<\/strong> button in the footer navigation.<\/p>\n<p>The page title is usually <strong>Schedule<\/strong>. If you are viewing a teammate\u2019s day (when your account allows it), the title may show that person\u2019s schedule instead.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> The list is the agenda column of the Schedule page\u2014the scrollable day plan with section headers like Recommended Schedule. The map sits next to it (or below it on a narrow screen).<\/p>\n<h2>How to use it<\/h2>\n<h3>Choose a day<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the <strong>&lt;<\/strong> and <strong>&gt;<\/strong> controls to move one day at a time.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the <strong>date<\/strong> button to open a month calendar and jump to another day.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Today<\/strong> to return to the current day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On the classic layout, a month calendar may appear above the list; tap any day to load that day\u2019s plan.<\/p>\n<h3>Read the list from top to bottom<\/h3>\n<p>Sections appear when they have content. Each section header often shows a count badge.<\/p>\n<h4>Notifications<\/h4>\n<p>System messages, sticky notes, and email\/phone reminders appear here. Expand or collapse the section as needed. Some system notes include an <strong>Okay<\/strong> control to dismiss them.<\/p>\n<p>Read these first when something looks off\u2014for example, if the plan was edited, the day looks light, or Rithm has a tip about Auto-Schedule.<\/p>\n<h4>My appointments<\/h4>\n<p>These are appointments and blocks <em>you<\/em> created. They stay on the calendar even if you clear Rithm\u2019s recommended route. This section may start collapsed when other content is present\u2014expand the header to review them.<\/p>\n<h4>Recommended Schedule<\/h4>\n<p>This is the heart of the Schedule List: timed client visits in order, plus travel rows such as <strong>Travel time: 30 minutes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For each meeting row you typically see:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Start and end times<\/strong> on the left (often clickable to reschedule)<\/li>\n<li>A circular <strong>check<\/strong> control to mark the visit complete \/ open Check In<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client or account name<\/strong> (completed names often show with a line through them)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Address<\/strong> for in-person visits, or contact details for virtual meetings<\/li>\n<li>A map <strong>waypoint letter<\/strong> (A, B, C\u2026) matching the map stop<\/li>\n<li><strong>Notes<\/strong> under the name (tap to edit call notes when allowed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Travel rows are not visits.<\/strong> They only show driving time between stops and do not have a completion check.<\/p>\n<h4>Nearby clients \/ Clients available today<\/h4>\n<p>Use these when you finish early, have a cancellation, or want to add opportunistic stops. Nearby focuses on clients within a short distance (about 10 miles \/ 16 km). Available today is a wider weekday list.<\/p>\n<p>Location permission helps Nearby work well. If location is not available, Rithm may show guidance instead of distances.<\/p>\n<h3>Open a client from the list<\/h3>\n<p>Tap the client card or name to open a popup with details such as stage, importance, hours available, phone, email, notes, and last visit (depending on your data).<\/p>\n<p>From the popup you can often:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open <strong>Sales Advisor insights<\/strong> (when enabled)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reschedule<\/strong> the meeting<\/li>\n<li><strong>Edit Call Notes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Close the popup with the <strong>X<\/strong> or by clicking outside it.<\/p>\n<h3>Mark a visit complete (Check In)<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Tap the circular check control on the meeting row.<\/li>\n<li>On the modern Schedule experience, <strong>Check In<\/strong> opens first.<\/li>\n<li>Choose who you saw using the buttons under <strong>Who did you see?<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Doctor<\/li>\n<li>Office Manager<\/li>\n<li>Nurse \/ MA<\/li>\n<li>Front Desk<\/li>\n<li>Nobody (busy)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Choose what happened using the buttons under <strong>Outcome<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Discussed Product<\/li>\n<li>Sampled<\/li>\n<li>Left Information<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up Needed<\/li>\n<li>Lunch Only<\/li>\n<li>No Access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Optionally add <strong>Quick Notes<\/strong> (for example, samples left or follow-up details).<\/li>\n<li>Review <strong>Client Notes<\/strong> or <strong>Last Visit Notes<\/strong> if shown.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Completed<\/strong> when ready (usually after at least one who\/outcome selection), then confirm with <strong>Done<\/strong> on the success screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can also tap <strong>Back<\/strong> to leave Check In without finishing.<\/p>\n<p>If a stop includes multiple people at one office, Rithm may ask <strong>Completed for every client?<\/strong> and offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>YES. Completed for all!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>It was for some clients.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>NO. I&#8217;ll need to come back!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Checking off visits teaches Rithm. Completing people you actually saw\u2014even from Nearby or Available\u2014improves future routing.<\/p>\n<h3>Reschedule, edit notes, or delete<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Tap the <strong>time<\/strong> on a row, or use <strong>Reschedule<\/strong> from the client popup, to change when the meeting happens.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the <strong>notes<\/strong> line or use <strong>Edit Call Notes<\/strong> to update what you wrote about the visit.<\/li>\n<li>Delete only when you intend to remove the item; confirm carefully\u2014deletes cannot be undone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Add something to the day<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Tap <strong>Add<\/strong> in the Schedule header.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the type that fits your role. Salespeople typically see:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Call<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Meetings<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Event<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Overnight<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Managers with extra permissions may see <strong>Task<\/strong>, <strong>Meeting<\/strong>, and <strong>Event<\/strong> instead.<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the appointment details and tap <strong>Save<\/strong>. Use <strong>Back<\/strong> to leave without saving.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Items you add appear under <strong>My appointments<\/strong> and remain even if you rebuild the recommended plan.<\/p>\n<h3>Auto-Schedule and Clear Schedule<\/h3>\n<p>Under <strong>Recommended Schedule<\/strong> (and on some empty-day messages) you may see:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Auto-Schedule<\/strong> \u2014 asks Rithm to build or refresh the day\u2019s recommended plan. Confirm with <strong>OK<\/strong>, open related <strong>Settings<\/strong> if offered, or <strong>Cancel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clear Schedule<\/strong> \u2014 removes Rithm\u2019s recommendations for the day after you confirm. <strong>Your manual appointments stay.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>While Auto-Schedule is running, the button may show <strong>Auto-Scheduling&#8230;<\/strong> and the list may explain that today\u2019s plan is not ready yet.<\/p>\n<h3>Start Route \/ End Route<\/h3>\n<p>On the modern Schedule page:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tap <strong>Start Route<\/strong> to open a route companion for driving the day.<\/li>\n<li>Follow prompts such as <strong>Next Stop<\/strong>, <strong>Next Virtual Mtg<\/strong>, or <strong>Completed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Use <strong>Navigate<\/strong> for directions and <strong>Check In<\/strong> when you finish a stop.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>End Route<\/strong> when you are done with route mode.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If there are no more stops, you may see <strong>No upcoming stops today.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Sales Advisor<\/h3>\n<p>When enabled, tap <strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong> from the Schedule header for coaching and insights tied to your day.<\/p>\n<h3>Viewing a teammate\u2019s schedule<\/h3>\n<p>If your account allows filtering, use <strong>Show:<\/strong> or <strong>Choose a view:<\/strong> to switch between <strong>Only my personal data<\/strong> and teammate views. When you are looking at someone else\u2019s day, completion actions are usually limited\u2014you can review the plan, but you generally cannot check off their visits.<\/p>\n<h3>When the list is empty<\/h3>\n<p>You may see messages such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Schedule is empty for today<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Your work hours show this is your day off.<\/strong> (with a link to work hours in Settings)<\/li>\n<li>That the Auto-Scheduler has not created a plan yet\u2014use <strong>Auto-Schedule<\/strong> when appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Tips to add or import more clients or prospects if the territory book is thin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Print<\/h3>\n<p>Adding print mode to the Schedule page produces a simplified agenda. Map waypoints, travel rows, notifications, and Nearby\/Available sections are typically hidden on the printed view.<\/p>\n<h3>Practical tips for new users<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Start each morning on <strong>Today<\/strong>, scan <strong>Notifications<\/strong>, then work down <strong>Recommended Schedule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Treat travel rows as drive buffers, not appointments.<\/li>\n<li>Use <strong>Clear Schedule<\/strong> only when you want Rithm\u2019s suggestions removed\u2014not your personal appointments.<\/li>\n<li>If you edit the day heavily, a notice may say the schedule was edited and suggest Auto-Schedule to close gaps.<\/li>\n<li>Virtual meetings show contact information instead of a street address; route language may say <strong>Virtual Mtg<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>There is no search box on the Schedule List itself. Search for clients when you use <strong>Add<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"Mobile UI\">\n<h2>What is the Schedule List?<\/h2>\n<p>On the Rithm iPhone and iPad app, the Schedule List is the scrollable day agenda inside the <strong>Schedule<\/strong> tab. There is no separate screen titled \u201cSchedule List.\u201d The tab is labeled <strong>Schedule<\/strong>; the list is the day plan you scroll through on that tab.<\/p>\n<p>It is your field day in list form, paired with a map:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Notifications<\/strong> \u2014 tips, warnings, sticky notes, and reminders<\/li>\n<li><strong>My appointments<\/strong> \u2014 appointments and blocks you created<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recommended Schedule<\/strong> \u2014 the main timed plan for the day (visits, personal blocks, travel time between stops)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nearby clients<\/strong> \u2014 clients near you for opportunistic stops<\/li>\n<li><strong>All clients available today<\/strong> \u2014 clients available that weekday<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Completing visits through Check In helps Rithm learn your real day so future recommendations improve.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to find it<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the Rithm app.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Schedule<\/strong> on the bottom tab bar (calendar icon).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Schedule is often the tab you return to after login.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How the screen is laid out (important difference from the web):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>iPhone:<\/strong> A full-screen <strong>map<\/strong> sits behind a floating sheet that holds the Schedule List. Drag the sheet handle up or down to show more list or more map. The sheet stays with Schedule; switch tabs to leave.<\/li>\n<li><strong>iPad:<\/strong> A split view shows the <strong>list on the left<\/strong> and the <strong>map on the right<\/strong> (no floating sheet).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Above the map\/list you will see toolbar controls such as the date, <strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong>, route mode, sticky note, and <strong>+<\/strong> to add a meeting.<\/p>\n<h2>How to use it<\/h2>\n<h3>Choose a day<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Tap the <strong>date<\/strong> button in the toolbar (weekday and full date).<\/li>\n<li>Pick a day on the calendar, or tap <strong>Today<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Done<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>While loading, you may see <strong>Retrieving Schedule information&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>How this differs from the web:<\/strong> Mobile is day-centric. You change the date from the toolbar rather than living in a month grid as the primary view.<\/p>\n<h3>Read the list sections<\/h3>\n<p>Scroll the sheet (iPhone) or left pane (iPad). Sections with content show a count when relevant.<\/p>\n<h4>Notifications<\/h4>\n<p>Tap the <strong>Notifications<\/strong> header (chevron) to open the full <strong>Notifications<\/strong> screen. Back returns to <strong>Schedule<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sticky notes may show labels such as <strong>Overdue Sticky Note<\/strong>, <strong>Due<\/strong> with a date, or when the note was created. Checking some tip\/warning notes dismisses them; completing a sticky note hides it when done.<\/p>\n<h4>My appointments<\/h4>\n<p>Tap the header to open the full <strong>My appointments<\/strong> list. These are your fixed items. They can also appear again inside Recommended Schedule for the day.<\/p>\n<h4>Recommended Schedule<\/h4>\n<p>This section expands inline on the Schedule sheet (no separate page). It is the main timed list of stops.<\/p>\n<p>Each meeting row typically shows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Start time<\/strong> and <strong>end time<\/strong> on the left<\/li>\n<li>A colored vertical bar as a visual type cue<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client name<\/strong> (strikethrough when completed; may look dimmer for lower-priority stops)<\/li>\n<li>Extra names when several people share one stop<\/li>\n<li><strong>Address<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Notes<\/strong> under a divider<\/li>\n<li>A circular check with <strong>Completed<\/strong> when marked done<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Travel lines such as <strong>Travel time: 30 minutes<\/strong> sit between stops. They are informational, not meetings you check off.<\/p>\n<h4>Nearby clients and All clients available today<\/h4>\n<p>These headers open detail lists titled <strong>Nearby Clients<\/strong> and <strong>Clients Available Today<\/strong>. Rows can show name, address, distance (for example, miles away), and completion\/check-in. Empty states may say <strong>No nearby clients<\/strong> or <strong>No available clients<\/strong>. A summary like <strong>{N} Total clients<\/strong> may appear.<\/p>\n<p>These lists remain available even when the day\u2019s Recommended Schedule is empty, so you can still find people to see.<\/p>\n<h3>Open a client, reschedule, or edit notes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Tap the <strong>client<\/strong> area of a row to open <strong>client detail<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the <strong>times<\/strong> to open <strong>Reschedule Meeting<\/strong> (date, time, duration, notes). Delete from here if needed: confirm with <strong>Yes<\/strong> when asked <strong>Delete this schedule item?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Tap the <strong>notes<\/strong> to open <strong>Edit Meeting Notes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How this differs from the web:<\/strong> There are no swipe-to-delete actions on agenda rows. Edit and delete happen through Reschedule Meeting and related screens.<\/p>\n<h3>Mark a visit complete (Check In)<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Tap the incomplete circle on the row.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check In<\/strong> opens (completion is not silent on a normal client visit).<\/li>\n<li>Use <strong>Navigate<\/strong>, <strong>Call<\/strong>, or <strong>Close<\/strong> as needed from the Check In screen.<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>Who did you see?<\/strong>, tap one or more buttons:\n<ul>\n<li>Doctor<\/li>\n<li>Office Manager<\/li>\n<li>Nurse \/ MA<\/li>\n<li>Front Desk<\/li>\n<li>Nobody (busy)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>Outcome<\/strong>, tap one or more buttons:\n<ul>\n<li>Discussed Product<\/li>\n<li>Sampled<\/li>\n<li>Left Information<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up Needed<\/li>\n<li>Lunch Only<\/li>\n<li>No Access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Optionally enter <strong>Quick Notes<\/strong> (you can use dictation). Placeholder text suggests visit takeaways, samples dropped, and similar.<\/li>\n<li>Review <strong>Client Notes<\/strong> \/ <strong>Last Visit Notes<\/strong> when shown.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Completed<\/strong> to save (it may show <strong>Saving&#8230;<\/strong>), then finish with <strong>Done<\/strong> on <strong>Visit Completed<\/strong> or <strong>Visit Recorded<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Use <strong>Back<\/strong> to leave without saving.<\/p>\n<p>If the client is marked do-not-visit, you may see: <strong>Warning: This client is marked as Do not visit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> Choosing only notes with no who\/outcome, or selecting <strong>Nobody (busy)<\/strong> \/ <strong>No Access<\/strong>, typically means the visit is <em>not<\/em> treated as fully completed. That protects your history when you could not get a real visit.<\/p>\n<p>For multi-person stops, after Check In you may see <strong>Completed for every client?<\/strong> with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>YES. Completed for all!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>It was for some clients.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>NO. I&#8217;ll need to come back!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unchecking a completed visit marks it incomplete again (for multi-client stops, that can uncomplete the group).<\/p>\n<h3>Add a meeting (+)<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Tap <strong>+<\/strong> in the toolbar.<\/li>\n<li>The screen title is <strong>Add Meeting<\/strong> or <strong>Add Client Visited<\/strong>, depending on the type.<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>Meeting Type<\/strong>, choose a type button:\n<ul>\n<li>Appointment<\/li>\n<li>Breakfast<\/li>\n<li>Lunch<\/li>\n<li>Snack<\/li>\n<li>Dinner<\/li>\n<li>Virtual<\/li>\n<li>Client Visited<\/li>\n<li>Other<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Fill in <strong>Meeting notes<\/strong> or <strong>Client Visit notes<\/strong>, search <strong>Contact name or address<\/strong> (placeholder: <strong>Search for client name&#8230;<\/strong>), and set <strong>Starts<\/strong>, <strong>Time<\/strong>, and <strong>Duration (minutes)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Save with the checkmark, or cancel with the X.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If the time is in the past, you may see: <strong>This meeting time is in the past. It will be saved as completed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>How this differs from the web:<\/strong> Mobile uses meeting-type buttons (Appointment, Breakfast, Lunch, and so on) instead of the web\u2019s Call \/ Meetings \/ Event \/ Overnight (or manager Task \/ Meeting \/ Event) add menu.<\/p>\n<h3>Sticky notes<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Tap the sticky note icon in the toolbar.<\/li>\n<li>On <strong>Sticky Note<\/strong>, write under <strong>Notes&#8230;<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Choose a due option under <strong>Due<\/strong>: <strong>This evening<\/strong>, <strong>Tomorrow AM<\/strong>, or <strong>End of week<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Save. Changing the date on the Schedule List does not change the route card\u2019s day. On the web, <strong>Start Route<\/strong> \/ <strong>End Route<\/strong> sit on the Schedule page itself.<\/p>\n<h3>Auto-Scheduler (separate tab)<\/h3>\n<p>Building or refreshing the recommended day plan is done from the <strong>Auto-Scheduler<\/strong> tab\u2014not from an Auto-Schedule button inside the Recommended Schedule section (as on the web).<\/p>\n<p>When the day is empty, you may see <strong>Schedule is empty for today<\/strong>, and on suitable weekdays a tip such as: <strong>Rithm&#8217;s plan for today can be even better. Go to the Auto-Schedule tab to create a new plan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are signed out, the list may show <strong>Not currently logged in.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Sales Advisor<\/h3>\n<p>Tap the sparkle <strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong> control in the toolbar to open coaching from the Schedule context. Accepting appointment suggestions there can refresh your Schedule List or change the selected date.<\/p>\n<h3>Practical tips for new users<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>On iPhone, drag the sheet so you can see both the next few stops and enough map to feel oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Work Notifications \u2192 Recommended Schedule first; use Nearby and Available when you have open time.<\/li>\n<li>Travel lines are drive time only\u2014skip them when checking off visits.<\/li>\n<li>There is no list search or status filter on the Schedule sheet; find clients when adding a meeting or from the Clients tab.<\/li>\n<li>Virtual meetings are part of the list but are not shown as map pins the same way in-person stops are.<\/li>\n<li>My appointments are yours; Recommended Schedule is Rithm\u2019s timed plan.
