It is the same client data Rithm uses for scheduling, routing, Targets, and visit planning\u2014whether you open it on the web or in the Rithm mobile app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use this page to learn what the client list is, where to open it, and how to search, review, add, and work with clients day to day. Choose <strong>Web UI<\/strong> or <strong>Mobile UI<\/strong> below for steps that match your screen.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"su-tabs su-tabs-style-default su-tabs-mobile-stack\" data-active=\"1\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-tabs-nav\"><span class=\"\" data-url=\"\" data-target=\"blank\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Web UI<\/span><span class=\"\" data-url=\"\" data-target=\"blank\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Mobile UI<\/span><\/div><div class=\"su-tabs-panes\"><div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"Web UI\">\n<h3>What is the client list?<\/h3>\n<p>On the web, the client list is Rithm\u2019s main Clients screen. It shows everyone in your active Clients view\u2014typically your own territory\u2014along with a map of their locations. Each row is a contact you can open, schedule, call, navigate to, check in on, or update.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on your organization settings, the menu may say <strong>Clients<\/strong> or <strong>Accounts<\/strong>. The idea is the same: this is your book of people and organizations to visit.<\/p>\n<p>Most users see a modern layout with a <strong>Location Map<\/strong> on top and a scrollable client list underneath. Some accounts still use a classic table-and-map layout. Both are covered below.<\/p>\n<h3>Where to find it<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign in to Rithm on the web.<\/li>\n<li>Open the main menu.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Clients<\/strong> (or <strong>Accounts<\/strong> if that is how your organization is labeled).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The page title at the top is usually the name of your current Clients view (for example, your personal territory). In the top-right area, look for <strong>Add<\/strong> when you need to create a new client.<\/p>\n<p>From the client list you can also reach related tools such as <strong>Prospects<\/strong>, <strong>Bulk Editor<\/strong>, and <strong>Import clients<\/strong> (described in the sections below).<\/p>\n<h3>How to use the modern client list<\/h3>\n<p>The modern Clients screen has two main areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Location Map<\/strong> \u2014 pins for your clients, colored by stage (with a gray style for low-importance clients).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client list sheet<\/strong> \u2014 the searchable, filterable table of clients beneath (or over) the map. Drag the handle labeled for adjusting list height if you want more map or more list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A count such as <strong>12 of 40 clients<\/strong> shows how many clients match your current search and filters.<\/p>\n<h4>Understand the map<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Look at the <strong>Location Map<\/strong> header. It shows how many locations are represented.<\/li>\n<li>Use the route buttons to change what the map emphasizes:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>All<\/strong> \u2014 show your full set of client locations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Show Route:<\/strong> then <strong>Today<\/strong>, <strong>Tomorrow<\/strong>, or <strong>Yesterday<\/strong> \u2014 focus the map on clients associated with that day\u2019s route.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If a route day has no scheduled clients, the map may show <strong>No clients are scheduled<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Use the map legend to match pin colors to client stages and to identify <strong>Low Importance<\/strong> clients.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Browse the list<\/h4>\n<p>Each row typically shows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Client<\/strong> \u2014 the person and\/or account name<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong> \u2014 address information (especially useful on smaller screens)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stage<\/strong> \u2014 where the relationship is in your sales process (for example Unaware, Aware, Trial, User, Advocate, or Lost User)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Importance<\/strong> \u2014 how high a priority the client is for visits<\/li>\n<li><strong>Status<\/strong> \u2014 visit timing, such as:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Overdue<\/strong> \u2014 a visit is past due<\/li>\n<li><strong>Due Soon<\/strong> \u2014 a visit is approaching<\/li>\n<li><strong>On Track<\/strong> \u2014 visit timing looks healthy<\/li>\n<li><strong>Skip<\/strong> \/ <strong>Do not visit<\/strong> \u2014 the client is marked so you should not plan visits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Clients with more than one location can expand so you can see each site, including labels such as <strong>Primary<\/strong>, <strong>ASAP<\/strong>, or <strong>Do not visit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The list is sorted alphabetically by display name (A\u2013Z).<\/p>\n<h4>Search for a client<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Find the search field with the placeholder <strong>Search clients, addresses, phone&#8230;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Type part of a name, account, address, or phone number.<\/li>\n<li>The list updates as you type, and the results count updates.<\/li>\n<li>Select the clear (X) control on the search field when you want to return to the full filtered set.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Filter the list<\/h4>\n<p>Use the filter buttons above the table:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>All<\/strong> \u2014 every client in the current view (count shown in parentheses).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nearby<\/strong> \u2014 clients roughly within about 10 miles who are available today and within your normal importance range.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Available<\/strong> \u2014 clients available today (based on hours) and within your importance range.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Select <strong>More&#8230;<\/strong> for additional options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bulk Editor<\/strong> \u2014 change many clients at once (see below).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Import clients<\/strong> \u2014 bring clients in from a spreadsheet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Filter by<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Overdue<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Due Soon<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>On Track<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You may also see:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong> \u2014 if your account includes this feature, opens guided visit advice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prospects<\/strong> \u2014 opens prospecting so you can add nearby potential clients.<\/li>\n<li>A team <strong>Show:<\/strong> (or similar) filter \u2014 if you are allowed to view teammates\u2019 data, switch whose clients you are looking at. You can only add or edit clients in your own personal view, not while viewing someone else\u2019s filtered list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Open a client\u2019s details<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the client\u2019s name or open the edit control on the row.<\/li>\n<li>Review the full client profile (contact info, notes, hours, visit settings, and more).<\/li>\n<li>Use the back control in the header to return to the list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Work with a client without leaving the list<\/h4>\n<p>On each row you can often:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Navigate<\/strong> \u2014 open directions in an external maps app.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check In<\/strong> \u2014 record a visit for today. After you complete check-in, the button may show <strong>Completed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule<\/strong> \u2014 open quick scheduling options, such as:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Return in {n} weeks<\/strong> \u2014 adds a follow-up based on the client\u2019s usual visit frequency<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visit ASAP<\/strong> or <strong>Don&#8217;t visit ASAP<\/strong> \u2014 prioritize (or clear priority for) this week\u2019s routing<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule meeting&#8230;<\/strong> \u2014 open the date\/time picker to plan a meeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>More&#8230;<\/strong> \u2014 additional actions such as:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Navigate<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Call<\/strong> (or <strong>(no phone)<\/strong> if a number is missing)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email<\/strong> (or <strong>(no email)<\/strong> if an address is missing)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Edit Client<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Change hours available&#8230;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Deprioritize<\/strong> \u2014 lower the client\u2019s importance<\/li>\n<li><strong>Do not visit<\/strong> \u2014 mark the client so visits are skipped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When a client has multiple locations, expand the row to see <strong>Location Details<\/strong>, <strong>Previous visit<\/strong>, <strong>Next Visit<\/strong>, and <strong>Show call notes<\/strong> (or <strong>None<\/strong> when there are no notes).<\/p>\n<h4>Add a new client<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>On the Clients page, select <strong>Add<\/strong> in the top-right area.<\/li>\n<li>Enter at least the key identity and location details your organization requires (commonly name and\/or account, plus address).<\/li>\n<li>Fill in helpful fields such as Stage, Importance, Phone, Email, Website, Client Notes, Hours available, and visit frequency.<\/li>\n<li>Save the client (look for <strong>Save<\/strong> or <strong>Save Client<\/strong>, depending on your screen).<\/li>\n<li>If Rithm finds more than one possible match for the address, follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the correct location before finishing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> If you are viewing another team member\u2019s clients, switch back to your personal view before adding. Rithm only allows new clients in your own account view.<\/p>\n<h4>Edit or delete a client<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the client, or choose <strong>Edit Client<\/strong> from the row\u2019s <strong>More&#8230;<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n<li>Update the fields you need, then save.<\/li>\n<li>To remove a client, use <strong>Delete<\/strong> or <strong>Delete Client<\/strong> on the edit\/detail screen.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm the prompt carefully. Deletion cannot be undone. If the person has more than one location, the confirmation may ask whether you are deleting the client from <em>this location<\/em> only.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Import many clients or use prospects<\/h4>\n<p>If you are starting from an empty book, or need to grow territory quickly:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select <strong>More&#8230;<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Import clients<\/strong> to upload a spreadsheet, or<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Prospects<\/strong> to find and add nearby potential clients, or<\/li>\n<li>From an empty-state message, choose options such as:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Import clients from a spreadsheet.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pick prospects nearby.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Add sample clients.<\/strong> (useful for learning the product; you can delete them later)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Import assistance<\/strong> (contact support by email if you need help getting data in)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>While an import is running, you may see <strong>Clients are still being imported.<\/strong> If something went wrong, you may see <strong>There were problems during the import.<\/strong> Use <strong>Click here to learn more.<\/strong> to open the import status details.<\/p>\n<h4>Make bulk changes<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>From the client list, open <strong>More&#8230;<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Bulk Editor<\/strong> (on the classic layout, use the <strong>Bulk Editor<\/strong> button near the bottom of the page).<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>For these clients:<\/strong>, choose which clients the change should apply to (for example all clients, a selected group, a name\/account match, or a stage).<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>Do this:<\/strong>, choose the action (list them first to verify, change fields such as Stage or Importance, or delete).<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Apply<\/strong> and confirm. Changes cannot be undone\u2014listing clients first is the safest habit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>If you have no clients yet<\/h4>\n<p>You will see a friendly empty-state message such as <strong>You do not have any clients yet!<\/strong> with short guidance to import data, pick prospects, or add sample clients. Follow those buttons to get your first records into Rithm. After that, the map and list become your daily workspace.<\/p>\n<h3>If you still see the classic table layout<\/h3>\n<p>Some users see an older Clients page: a map plus a traditional data table.<\/p>\n<p>On that layout you can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Search with the table search box and use <strong>Clear<\/strong> to reset.<\/li>\n<li>Sort by clicking column headers.<\/li>\n<li>Open a client by selecting the name.<\/li>\n<li>Customize visible fields with <strong>Columns to view<\/strong>, then select <strong>Update<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Use bottom-of-page buttons such as <strong>Prospects Nearby<\/strong> and <strong>Bulk Editor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Add<\/strong> in the header to create a client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Default columns often include Name, Account, Stage, Address, Phone, Email, and Client Notes. You can add many more columns (Importance, visit cadence fields, city\/state\/zip, last visited, custom fields, and others) through <strong>Columns to view<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If your account offers it, a small <strong>Show Beta View<\/strong> control switches you to the modern map-and-sheet experience described above.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"Mobile UI\">\n<h3>What is the client list?<\/h3>\n<p>In the Rithm iPhone app, the client list is the <strong>Clients<\/strong> tab. It is your on-the-go directory of the same clients you manage on the web. Tap any row to open <strong>Client details<\/strong>, where you can call, get directions, check in, edit information, and review visit history.<\/p>\n<p>This list is built for quick finding and opening. Advanced bulk tools (spreadsheet import, bulk editor, team-wide filters) are available in the Rithm Web App; the mobile list focuses on searching, reviewing, adding one client at a time, mapping, and day-of fieldwork.<\/p>\n<h3>Where to find it<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the Rithm app and sign in.<\/li>\n<li>On the bottom tab bar, tap <strong>Clients<\/strong> (people-group icon).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The screen title is <strong>Clients<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> When the app opens, it may land on <strong>Schedule<\/strong> by default. Switch to the <strong>Clients<\/strong> tab whenever you need the full list.<\/p>\n<p>Related places that use the same client data:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Targets<\/strong> tab \u2014 the same clients grouped by importance<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule<\/strong> \u2014 planned visits that link back to client details<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clients map<\/strong> \u2014 full-screen map of your clients (opened from the Clients tab)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How to use the Clients tab<\/h3>\n<h4>Browse the list<\/h4>\n<p>Each row shows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Line 1: the client <strong>name<\/strong>, and the <strong>organization\/account<\/strong> in parentheses when both exist (or whichever of the two is available)<\/li>\n<li>Line 2: the <strong>address<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Clients below your low-importance threshold appear in lighter text so high-priority accounts stand out.<\/p>\n<p>The list is sorted A\u2013Z automatically (by name when present, otherwise by organization). There is no separate sort menu on this screen.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike the web client list, the mobile Clients tab does not show stage, importance, or overdue status columns on every row. Open a client (or use the <strong>Targets<\/strong> tab) when you need those details at a glance.<\/p>\n<h4>Search for a client<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>At the top of the Clients tab, use the search field with placeholder <strong>Client name&#8230;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Type part of the client name or organization.<\/li>\n<li>Matching rows remain; others are hidden.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Cancel<\/strong> on the search bar to clear the search and dismiss the keyboard.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Useful details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Search matches name or organization (not address or phone on this screen).<\/li>\n<li>While you are searching, the bottom buttons (<strong>Clients map<\/strong> and <strong>Prospects nearby<\/strong>) are hidden so the list stays uncluttered. Clear search to bring them back.<\/li>\n<li>If you open a client and then return, your search text is kept. If you leave the Clients tab entirely and come back later, search is cleared.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Refresh the list<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>On the Clients list, pull down and release.<\/li>\n<li>Wait while Rithm shows <strong>Retrieving Clients information&#8230;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The list reloads from the server so recent web changes appear on your phone.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You must be logged in. If you are not, the Clients tab shows <strong>Not currently logged in.<\/strong> and most actions stay disabled until you sign in.<\/p>\n<h4>Open a client<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Tap a row.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Client details<\/strong> screen opens.<\/li>\n<li>Use the back control (often labeled <strong>Clients<\/strong>) to return to the list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>From Client details you can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use header buttons for <strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong> (when available), <strong>Directions<\/strong>, <strong>Phone<\/strong>, and <strong>Check In<\/strong> \/ <strong>Checked In<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Review Stage, Importance rank, Type, Address, Phone, eMail, Website, Client Notes, Hours available, visit settings, and last visit information<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Show meetings<\/strong> to see planned or past meetings for that client<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Edit<\/strong> to change or delete the client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If a client has multiple locations, or multiple clients share a location, disclosure controls such as <strong>Show N client locations<\/strong> or <strong>Show N clients at this location<\/strong> let you switch among them.<\/p>\n<h4>Add a client<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>On the Clients tab, tap the <strong>+<\/strong> button in the top-right toolbar.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Add Client<\/strong> form opens.<\/li>\n<li>Enter a <strong>Name<\/strong> and\/or <strong>Account<\/strong>, plus an <strong>Address<\/strong> (both identity and address are required before Save becomes available).<\/li>\n<li>Optionally set Stage, Importance, Type, Phone number, eMail, Website, Notes, Hours available, visit frequency, minutes per visit, virtual preferences, appointment-only, timezone, and vacation dates.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Save<\/strong> (checkmark) when it is enabled.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Cancel<\/strong> (X) if you decide not to keep the new record.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Business card shortcut:<\/strong> On the Add or Edit screen, tap the business-card toolbar button to <strong>Scan business card<\/strong>. Review the scanned fields on <strong>Review Card<\/strong>, confirm which fields to keep, then <strong>Save<\/strong>. After a successful new-client save from a card, Rithm may take you straight to that client\u2019s details.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> Large imports, sample data, and prospecting are easiest on the web. If your list is empty, the app explains that and offers a path into the web tools (see empty state below).<\/p>\n<h4>Edit a client<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the client from the list.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Change fields on the <strong>Edit Client<\/strong> screen.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Save<\/strong>. Save stays disabled until something has actually changed and required fields are present.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>While saving, you may briefly see <strong>Sending Clients information&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>Delete a client<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the client \u2192 <strong>Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Scroll to <strong>Delete<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm with <strong>Yes<\/strong> on the warning that the action cannot be undone.<\/li>\n<li>If the client has multiple locations, the confirmation asks whether you want to delete the client <em>from this location<\/em>, and shows the name and address so you can verify.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>There are no swipe-to-delete actions on the Clients list itself. Deletion is always done from Edit Client.<\/p>\n<h4>Use Clients map and Prospects nearby<\/h4>\n<p>When search is empty, two buttons appear at the bottom of the Clients tab:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Clients map<\/strong> \u2014 opens a full-screen map of your clients. Pins are colored by stage. Tap a pin to review details and edit notes (for example visit takeaways), then <strong>Save<\/strong> or cancel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prospects nearby<\/strong> \u2014 opens Rithm\u2019s web prospecting tool in Safari so you can find and add nearby prospects. When you return to the app, the Clients list refreshes so new additions appear.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Both require you to be logged in.<\/p>\n<h4>Toolbar extras on the Clients tab<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong> (sparkle icon, top-left) \u2014 opens visit guidance when your account includes this feature.<\/li>\n<li>Sticky-note icon (top-right) \u2014 create a new sticky note without leaving Clients.<\/li>\n<li><strong>+<\/strong> \u2014 add a client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>If you have no clients yet<\/h4>\n<p>When the app loads and finds zero clients, a sheet explains what to do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Headline: <strong>You don&#8217;t have any clients yet!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Guidance that you can import a spreadsheet, find prospects, or add sample clients in the <strong>Rithm Web App<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Reminder that you can also add individual clients in the app with the <strong>(+)<\/strong> button on the Clients tab.<\/li>\n<li>Button: <strong>Add clients in the Rithm Web App<\/strong> \u2014 opens the web flow in Safari, then refreshes clients when you return.<\/li>\n<li>Button: <strong>Continue to the Clients tab<\/strong> \u2014 dismisses the sheet so you can use <strong>+<\/strong> yourself.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How the mobile client list differs from the web<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Layout:<\/strong> Mobile is a simple searchable list plus optional full-screen map. Web combines a live Location Map with a richer table, status columns, and in-list actions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Search:<\/strong> Mobile searches name and organization. Web also searches addresses and phone numbers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Filters:<\/strong> Mobile Clients tab has search only (use <strong>Targets<\/strong> for importance grouping). Web offers <strong>All<\/strong>, <strong>Nearby<\/strong>, <strong>Available<\/strong>, and status filters such as Overdue \/ Due Soon \/ On Track.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Row actions:<\/strong> Web can Check In, Schedule, Navigate, Call, Email, Deprioritize, and more from the list. Mobile opens Client details first for those fieldwork actions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adding many clients:<\/strong> Spreadsheet import, sample clients, and bulk editing are web tools.
