It combines client management, smart visit planning, and day-of routing so you can focus on selling—not on rebuilding your calendar every morning.

You can use Rithm on the web and on the RithmForSales iOS app. Both use the same account and the same client and schedule data. Many day-to-day field actions work on both platforms. Some planning and reporting tools are richer on the web, while the iOS app is designed for working on the road—maps, route mode, check-ins, directions, and reminders.

This page introduces the major features a salesperson uses most often, explains what each one is for, and notes where the web and iOS experiences differ.

What makes Rithm different

A traditional CRM is often built around desk work: opportunities, emails, and pipeline stages. Rithm is built around outside sales:

Who you should visit (Importance and Targets)

When you can visit them (hours, cadence, vacation, appointment-only rules)

How to get through the day efficiently (Auto-Scheduler, Recommended Schedule, Route mode)

What happened at each stop (Check In with who you saw and the visit outcome)

Think of Auto-Scheduler less like “shortest drive” alone and more like a sales-aware planner: it weighs client importance, availability, visit frequency, and travel so your time produces better coverage—not just fewer miles.

Where to find things: web vs iOS

On the web

After you sign in, use the main menu to move between areas. Depending on your account permissions, you may see:

Home

Schedule

Clients (or Accounts, if your company uses a business-first display)

Auto-Scheduler

Scoreboard

Target List

Pipeline

Weekly Planner

Settings

Footer links such as Need help?, Submit Ideas, and Refer a Friend are available throughout the web app.

On iOS (RithmForSales)

The app uses a tab bar with five main areas:

Clients

Targets

Schedule (often the default after sign-in)

Auto-Scheduler

Settings

A sparkle icon on Clients, Targets, and Schedule opens Sales Advisor.

Where they differ: Web navigation is a full menu with additional views such as Home, Scoreboard, Pipeline, and Weekly Planner. iOS focuses on the field loop—clients, targets, today’s schedule, Auto-Scheduler, and settings—while some account and maintenance tools open as web pages from Settings.

Clients and Accounts

Your client book is the foundation of Rithm. Every schedule recommendation, target ranking, and check-in connects back to these records.

What a client record includes

A typical client profile can hold:

Person name and Account (organization or practice)

Stage in the sales relationship (for example Unaware, Aware, Trial, User, Advocate, Lost User)

Importance from 1–10 (how strongly Rithm should prioritize visits)

Type

Address, phone, email, website

Client Notes

Hours available (when visits are allowed)

Visit timing: weeks between visits (frequency/cadence) and Minutes per visit

Visit mode: in person, virtual online, or email/phone reminders only

By appointment only and vacation settings when applicable

If your company uses B2B display preferences on the web, the menu may say Accounts instead of Clients, and organization may be emphasized over person name. The underlying idea is the same: one record for the person/account you call on.

On the web

Open Clients (or Accounts) from the menu.

From the list you can:

Search and filter your book

Add a new client

Open a client for full detail and editing

Use map views and Prospects Nearby to discover nearby prospects

Use Bulk Editor for mass updates

Import and export clients from Settings

On a client detail page you can update profile fields, photos, locations, notes, and scheduling preferences; start directions; add calls, meetings, events, or tasks; and launch Auto-Schedule for that client when available.

On iOS

Open the Clients tab.

You can:

Browse an alphabetical list and search by name or account

Pull to refresh

Open Clients map

Open Prospects nearby (this uses the web prospecting experience inside the app, then refreshes your client list)

Tap + to Add Client

Open a client for detail, directions, phone, check-in, meetings, and notes

Scan a business card with the camera when adding or editing a client

Where they differ: Full spreadsheet import/export, bulk editing, and many maintenance tools are primarily on the web (or opened from iOS Settings as web tools). Business card camera scanning and Face ID sign-in are strong iOS conveniences. Prospects Nearby on iOS opens the web flow rather than a fully separate native screen.

Importance and the Target List

Importance is Rithm’s way of answering: “If I only have limited time this week, who matters most?”

You assign Importance on a scale of 1 to 10. Higher numbers generally mean higher priority for visits and Auto-Scheduler attention. The Target List (web) / Targets tab (iOS) groups clients by Importance so you can work top-down instead of scrolling one flat list.

On the web

Open Target List from the menu. Clients appear grouped by Importance so you can prioritize outreach and visits.

On iOS

Open the Targets tab. Groups are collapsible by Importance. You can open a client, place a call, get directions, and adjust Importance without leaving the list. An Overdue! indicator helps flag clients whose visit cadence is behind.

Where they differ: Both platforms share Importance and the target concept. Web also pairs targeting with broader planning views (Pipeline, Scoreboard, Weekly Planner). iOS puts Targets in the main tab bar for quick field prioritization.

Pipeline (web)

Pipeline organizes clients by sales Stage so you can see relationship progress across your book—not only who is important, but where each relationship stands.

On the web, open Pipeline from the menu. You typically see stage columns, search and filters, charts such as sales pipeline and distribution views, and quick actions to call, navigate, or open client detail.

Where they differ: Pipeline is a primary web menu destination. On iOS, Stage still lives on each client record and can be used in filters (including Auto-Scheduler), but there is not a separate Pipeline tab equivalent to the web board.

Schedule: your day on the calendar

The Schedule is where planned appointments and recommended visits come together for a chosen day.

What you will see

Depending on the day and your plan, schedule content can include:

My appointments — meetings you set yourself (these stay protected when Auto-Scheduler runs)

Recommended Schedule — visits and travel suggested by Auto-Scheduler

Travel or drive segments between stops

Notifications such as overdue sticky notes (especially visible on iOS)

Nearby or available clients to consider adding (iOS sections)

You can create items such as calls, meetings, events, and tasks (web labeling is especially clear for Add Call, Add Meeting, Add Event, and Add Task). On iOS, New Meeting supports meeting types such as Appointment, Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Virtual meeting, Client Visited, and Other.

On the web

Open Schedule from the menu (also reachable from Home calendar widgets). Use day/week style calendar views, add fixed appointments, review recommended visits, and run Route mode for the day’s stops.

On iOS

Open the Schedule tab. The day appears as a map-centered experience with a schedule sheet. Pick a date, review sections, create meetings with +, reschedule items, and start Route mode from the toolbar.

Where they differ: Web calendar views and Home widgets give a broader planning desk feel. iOS Schedule is map-forward and built for moving through the day in the field. The underlying appointments and recommended visits sync across both.

Route mode and Check In

These features turn a plan into a working field day.

Route mode

Route mode helps you move stop-by-stop through today’s plan.

Typical actions include:

Next Stop (and virtual meeting prompts when relevant)

Navigate (hand off to your maps or Waze app)

Check In

Mark Completed

Check In

Check In is how you record what happened at a visit. It is more structured than a freeform note alone.

You may be asked:

Who did you see?

Doctor

Office Manager

Nurse / MA

Front Desk

Nobody (busy)

Outcome

Discussed Product

Sampled

Left Information

Follow-up Needed

Lunch Only

No Access

You can also add visit notes (including dictated notes on iOS). Completing a check-in helps keep visit history accurate and supports better future Auto-Scheduler results.

Important behavior to know: choosing Nobody (busy) or No Access, or leaving the visit incomplete, does not treat the stop as a successful completed visit in the same way a normal completion does.

On the web

Start Route from Schedule, then use Next Stop, Navigate, Check In, and Completed as you work through the day.

On iOS

Start Route mode from Schedule, use the next-stop panel, Navigate, Check In, and Completed. You can also Check In from a client detail screen. iOS Settings let you choose Waze or Apple Maps for directions.

Where they differ: The check-in questions and completion idea are aligned on both platforms. The on-screen layout differs: web uses schedule/route dialogs; iOS uses a native route panel and map-centric day view. Directions app choice is an iOS setting.

Auto-Scheduler

Auto-Scheduler is Rithm’s AI-powered planning engine. It builds a practical multi-day visit plan from your clients and constraints.

In plain terms, it:

Analyzes your client data for personalized recommendations

Respects your plans by keeping manual appointments intact and filling gaps around them

Supports adaptive scheduling—you can rerun when location or plans change

Uses continuous learning as you complete meetings and check-ins

Before strong results, make sure these basics are set:

Home / morning starting address

Default work hours

Client Importance, hours available, visit frequency, and minutes per visit

Fixed appointments already on the Schedule when you need holds protected

On the web

Open Auto-Scheduler from the menu (you may also see optimize shortcuts from Home or client context). Review filters and options, run optimization, then review the updated Schedule.

On iOS

Open the Auto-Scheduler tab. Review the intro, set filters (including Importance range and client filters such as stage, type, city, notes, or custom fields), then tap Okay – make my day! When results are ready, confirm and return to Schedule.

Where they differ: Both run the same kind of server-side optimization against your shared data. iOS presents a focused field workflow with a clear run button. Deeper Auto-Scheduler settings often open from iOS Settings as a web page. Web also connects optimization more directly to Analyze/Scoreboard-style follow-up views.

Sales Advisor

Sales Advisor is your in-app AI assistant for questions grounded in your Rithm data—clients, schedule context, and practical next steps.

You can ask for help finding clients, understanding what is coming up, or thinking through planning. On both platforms it can surface useful cards and actions (such as profile or appointment related information) as part of the conversation.

On the web

Sales Advisor appears as a Home widget and can be opened from calendar-related entry points and history views.

On iOS

Tap the sparkle icon from Clients, Targets, or Schedule to open Sales Advisor.

Where they differ: Availability can depend on your account permissions. The chat experience is available on both; entry points differ (Home/widgets on web vs sparkle toolbar on iOS).

Sticky Notes and personal reminders

Sticky Notes are lightweight personal reminders—useful for “call this person back,” “bring samples,” or “follow up Friday”—without turning Rithm into a full project-management tool.

On the web

Tap the yellow sticky note icon in the upper right from nearly any page. You can save notes and review their history.

On iOS

Tap the yellow sticky note icon from Clients, Targets, or Schedule. Enter the note (typing or dictation), choose a due timing such as this evening, tomorrow morning, or end of week, and save. Overdue sticky notes can appear in Schedule notifications. iOS also supports local meeting reminders in Settings (for your appointments and optionally the first daily meeting).

Where they differ: Sticky Notes exist on both when enabled. Local meeting alert timing and notification prompts are especially important on iOS.

Scoreboard and performance views (web)

Scoreboard helps you see how well you are covering your book—reach, cadence/frequency progress, scheduling coverage, and trends over time.

Related web Home widgets can show pipeline snapshots, importance distribution, today counts (appointments, suggested meetings, completed), and other performance summaries depending on your account.

Where they differ: Scoreboard is a dedicated web menu item. iOS focuses more on executing the day than on full dashboard analytics; your activity still contributes to the shared metrics you may review on the web.

Weekly Planner (web)

Weekly Planner gives a spreadsheet-style week view aligned to your work hours. It is useful when you want a wide planning picture or need to download a spreadsheet for offline review or sharing.

Open Weekly Planner from the web menu, adjust columns as needed, and download when available.

Where they differ: Weekly Planner is a web planning tool. iOS emphasizes the day Schedule and Auto-Scheduler rather than a full weekly spreadsheet planner.

Prospecting and maps

Rithm helps you grow and work a territory geographically—not only manage an existing list.

Key ideas:

See clients on a map

Discover Prospects Nearby

Save prospects into your client book

Use location so travel estimates and nearby suggestions improve

On iOS, location permission (preferably while using the app, with precise location on) is important for routing, nearby clients, and better day plans.

Where they differ: Map presentation differs by platform.
