Why it’s great for salespeople<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Voice dictation is available in the Rithm for Sales iPhone app<\/strong>. On the web<\/strong>, you enter notes by typing. The sections below explain the feature in full, then call out where the web and mobile experiences differ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There is no separate \u201cDictation\u201d menu. Look for a microphone button<\/strong> next to a notes field. When dictation is off, the microphone appears as a gray outline. On the Sticky Note screen, the microphone button is on the note itself (typically near the bottom-left of the yellow note area).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sticky notes are handy for personal reminders and quick thoughts that are not tied to a single scheduled meeting the same way meeting notes are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When you Add Client<\/strong> or Edit Client<\/strong>, find the Notes<\/strong> field. The microphone button appears next to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These notes belong to the client\u2019s permanent record<\/strong>\u2014useful for lasting details you want to keep across visits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Saving here updates the client\u2019s notes, similar to editing notes on the client record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Note:<\/strong> On a client\u2019s detail screen, client notes may appear for reading. To dictate into client notes, use Edit Client<\/strong>, the map Notes field, or another screen that shows the microphone button next to an editable Notes field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The first time you tap the microphone button, your iPhone may ask for two permissions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Apple may show messages such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Choose Allow<\/strong> for both.
