Meeting Completion is how Rithm marks that visit as successfully done\u2014so your schedule, client history, and Auto-Scheduler stay accurate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Think of it this way:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check In<\/strong> = \u201cI was there. Here\u2019s who I saw and what happened.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Completion<\/strong> = \u201cThis visit counts as a successful meeting.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In everyday use, these work together. When you finish a call, you open <strong>Check In<\/strong>, tap a few quick choices, add optional notes, and tap <strong>Completed<\/strong>. Rithm then decides whether the visit is fully completed or simply recorded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is it?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why it matters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a salesperson, your day is full of stops: scheduled meetings, walk-ins, and group visits at the same office. Check-in turns each stop into a clear record that helps you and Rithm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remember who you spoke with and what you covered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update the client\u2019s <strong>last visit<\/strong> date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep your schedule honest (completed meetings show as done)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guide Auto-Scheduler so future visits are spaced correctly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build a history you can review before the next call<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Without check-in and completion, Rithm may keep suggesting visits that you already made\u2014or lose track of what happened at an account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Check In (the form)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you tap a checkmark or a <strong>Check In<\/strong> button, Rithm opens a short form titled <strong>Check In<\/strong>. On that screen you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>See the client name, specialty, address, and current time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review <strong>Client Notes<\/strong> and <strong>Last Visit Notes<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Who did you see?<\/strong> (for example, Doctor, Front Desk)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select an <strong>Outcome<\/strong> (for example, Discussed Product, Sampled)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add optional <strong>Quick Notes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must choose at least one person and\/or outcome before you can save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Completion (the result)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After you save, Rithm shows one of two results:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Result<\/th><th>What it means<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Visit Completed<\/strong><\/td><td>The visit counts as a successful meeting. The schedule checkmark turns on, and the client\u2019s last-visit information updates.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Visit Recorded<\/strong><\/td><td>Your notes were saved, but the visit is <strong>not<\/strong> marked as fully completed\u2014usually because you selected <strong>Nobody (busy)<\/strong> or <strong>No Access<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Check In is <em>not<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is <strong>not<\/strong> the same as scheduling a meeting (that\u2019s adding or editing a visit on your calendar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is <strong>not<\/strong> navigation (use <strong>Navigate<\/strong> to open maps\/directions).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It does <strong>not<\/strong> require GPS check-in or a photo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It does <strong>not<\/strong> require a pre-scheduled meeting\u2014you can check in from a client even if nothing is on today\u2019s calendar (Rithm can create a short background visit for you).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<div class=\"su-tabs su-tabs-style-default su-tabs-mobile-stack\" data-active=\"1\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-tabs-nav\"><span class=\"\" data-url=\"\" data-target=\"blank\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Web UI<\/span><span class=\"\" data-url=\"\" data-target=\"blank\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Mobile UI<\/span><\/div><div class=\"su-tabs-panes\"><div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"Web UI\">\n<h2>Where to find it (Web)<\/h2>\n<p>You can start Check In from several places in the web app. Use whichever matches how you\u2019re working that day.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Schedule (most common for a planned day)<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open <strong>Schedule<\/strong> from the main menu.<\/li>\n<li>Find the meeting in your agenda or day\u2019s list.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the circular <strong>checkmark<\/strong> next to the client (tooltip: <strong>Completed<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If the meeting is not yet done, this opens the <strong>Check In<\/strong> form. If it is already completed, tapping the checkmark again clears completion (without reopening the form).<\/p>\n<h3>2. Route \/ next stop<\/h3>\n<p>When you\u2019re working a route on Schedule:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open <strong>Schedule<\/strong> and use route mode so the next-stop card appears.<\/li>\n<li>On the <strong>Next Stop<\/strong> card, tap <strong>Check In<\/strong> (next to <strong>Navigate<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This opens the same Check In form for that stop.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Clients list<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open <strong>Clients<\/strong> (sometimes labeled <strong>Accounts<\/strong>, depending on your setup).<\/li>\n<li>Find the client row.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the checkmark action on that row (<strong>Check In<\/strong> \/ <strong>Completed<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Use this for walk-ins or when you\u2019re already on the Clients screen.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Client detail<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open a client from the Clients list.<\/li>\n<li>In the header actions (near Call \/ Navigate), tap <strong>Check In<\/strong> (or <strong>Completed<\/strong> if already done today).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>How to use it (Web)<\/h2>\n<h3>Step-by-step: Check in after a visit<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Open Check In<\/strong> from Schedule, Route, Clients, or Client detail (see above).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Review the header<\/strong> \u2014 Confirm you\u2019re on the right client. You\u2019ll see the name, optional specialty, address (or <strong>Unknown location<\/strong>), and a timestamp.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Read any warnings or notes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>If the account is marked do-not-visit, you\u2019ll see: <strong>Warning: This client is marked as Do not visit.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Review <strong>Client Notes<\/strong> (read-only here; use the edit link if you need to change them).<\/li>\n<li>Review <strong>Last Visit Notes<\/strong> and the <strong>Last visit<\/strong> time at the bottom.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>View History \u2192<\/strong> if you want prior visit context before you choose outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Select Who did you see?<\/strong> (tap one or more buttons)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Doctor<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Office Manager<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Nurse \/ MA<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Front Desk<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Nobody (busy)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Select Outcome<\/strong> (tap one or more buttons)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Discussed Product<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Sampled<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Left Information<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Follow-up Needed<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunch Only<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>No Access<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Add Quick Notes (optional)<\/strong> \u2014 Type takeaways in the box. While saving, it may show <strong>Saving\u2026<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Confirm the result<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Visit Completed<\/strong> = successful visit<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visit Recorded<\/strong> = logged, but not fully completed (typically <strong>Nobody (busy)<\/strong> or <strong>No Access<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Tap <strong>Done<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To leave without saving, tap <strong>Back<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Completing a group \/ multi-client stop<\/h3>\n<p>Some stops cover more than one client at the same location (for example, several doctors in one office). After a successful Check In:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A popup asks <strong>Completed for every client?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Adjust the toggles for individual clients if needed.<\/li>\n<li>Choose one of these answers:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>YES. Completed for all!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>It was for some clients.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>NO. I&#8217;ll need to come back!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This tells Rithm which accounts were actually met at that stop.<\/p>\n<h3>Undoing completion<\/h3>\n<p>On Schedule or Route, tap a completed checkmark again. Rithm clears completion <strong>without<\/strong> reopening the Check In form. Use this if you marked the wrong meeting by mistake.<\/p>\n<h3>Checking in without a scheduled meeting<\/h3>\n<p>From <strong>Clients<\/strong> or <strong>Client detail<\/strong>, you can still Check In even if nothing is on the calendar for that client today. Rithm looks for a matching meeting around yesterday\u2013tomorrow. If none exists, it creates a short background visit and attaches your notes and completion status to it.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>What happens after you save (Web)<\/h2>\n<p>After a successful <strong>Visit Completed<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The schedule checkmark shows as completed; the client name may appear with a line-through on the agenda.<\/li>\n<li>Agenda notes update with your combined check-in text (who you saw, outcomes, and quick notes).<\/li>\n<li>The client\u2019s <strong>last visit<\/strong> date updates.<\/li>\n<li>Auto-Scheduler may adjust future suggested meetings (for example, removing or annotating nearby AUTO visits so you\u2019re not over-booked).<\/li>\n<li>Activity tracking can count the check-in for managers who review activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After <strong>Visit Recorded<\/strong> (Nobody \/ No Access):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your notes are saved.<\/li>\n<li>The visit is <strong>not<\/strong> treated as a successful completed meeting in the same way\u2014so last-visit \/ scheduler success behavior does not run as it would for a full completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Tips for salespeople (Web)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Prefer <strong>Schedule<\/strong> or <strong>Route \u2192 Check In<\/strong> when working a planned day so notes attach to the real appointment.<\/li>\n<li>Use <strong>Clients<\/strong> Check In for walk-ins and unscheduled stops.<\/li>\n<li>Select both <strong>Who did you see?<\/strong> and <strong>Outcome<\/strong> whenever you can\u2014it makes history much clearer next time.<\/li>\n<li>Use <strong>Nobody (busy)<\/strong> or <strong>No Access<\/strong> when you tried but couldn\u2019t have a real meeting\u2014this keeps your record honest without falsely marking success.<\/li>\n<li>For shared-office stops, answer the <strong>Completed for every client?<\/strong> question carefully so each doctor\u2019s history stays accurate.<\/li>\n<li>If you\u2019re viewing another user\u2019s schedule through a filter, completion controls may appear but not be interactive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"Mobile UI\">\n<h2>Where to find it (iOS)<\/h2>\n<p>On the iPhone app, Check In is available from the places you already use in the field. Look for a circular check control or a <strong>Check In<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Schedule tab (primary)<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the <strong>Schedule<\/strong> tab at the bottom of the app.<\/li>\n<li>Find the meeting in your list.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the empty circular check on the row.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This opens the <strong>Check In<\/strong> sheet. When the visit is done, the row can show a filled check and the label <strong>Completed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Route mode (next stop)<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>On <strong>Schedule<\/strong>, start <strong>route mode<\/strong> (toolbar control: Start route mode \/ Stop route mode).<\/li>\n<li>On the next-stop panel, tap <strong>Check In<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>If the stop is already done, the button may read <strong>Completed<\/strong> instead (tapping it can clear completion).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Nearby \/ available clients (on Schedule)<\/h3>\n<p>On Schedule you may also see sections such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nearby clients<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>All clients available today<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each row has the same check control. Use it to check in on a nearby or available account\u2014even if that stop wasn\u2019t on your original agenda.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Clients tab \u2192 Client detail<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the <strong>Clients<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Open a client.<\/li>\n<li>In the header actions (near Sales Advisor \/ Directions \/ Phone), tap the checkmark circle (<strong>Check In<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>If you already checked in recently, it may show as <strong>Checked In<\/strong> and be unavailable for another check-in right away.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The <strong>Targets<\/strong> tab does not currently include a Check In button. Completed for all!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>It was for some clients.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>NO. I&#8217;ll need to come back!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>You\u2019ll then see <strong>Visit Recorded<\/strong> \u2192 tap <strong>Done<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If a group stop is already fully complete, tapping the green check again typically <strong>un-completes<\/strong> everyone immediately (no Check In form).<\/p>\n<h3>Undoing completion (iOS)<\/h3>\n<p>On a single-client schedule row, tap the green check so it turns off. Rithm clears completion without reopening Check In.<\/p>\n<h3>Checking in without a scheduled meeting (iOS)<\/h3>\n<p>From <strong>Client detail<\/strong>, <strong>Nearby clients<\/strong>, or <strong>All clients available today<\/strong>, Check In can create an ad-hoc (background) visit when there isn\u2019t a calendar row to attach to.
