It is built for outside salespeople who need quick, practical help while they work\u2014before a visit, between calls, or when planning the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You chat with Sales Advisor in plain language, the same way you might ask a colleague for advice. It can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offer practical sales coaching (how to prepare for a meeting, follow up, handle objections, prioritize your day, and more)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answer questions about <strong>your<\/strong> clients and <strong>your<\/strong> schedule in Rithm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Look up client details and meeting information so you do not have to dig through lists yourself<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search the web when useful (for example, when building a call plan or gathering background)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suggest next steps with <strong>quick-reply buttons<\/strong> you can tap to continue the conversation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show <strong>profile cards<\/strong> with researched client information you can review and, if you choose, save into a client record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show <strong>appointment cards<\/strong> you can accept to add a meeting to your calendar, or reject if the suggestion is not right<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sales Advisor is designed to be concise and useful in the field. It is not a replacement for your judgment. At the bottom of the chat you will see a reminder that <strong>Sales Advisor can make mistakes. Check important info.<\/strong> Always verify names, times, contact details, and anything you plan to act on before you save a profile or accept an appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who can use it?<\/strong> You need to be signed in to Rithm, and your account must include access to Sales Advisor. If you do not see Sales Advisor in the app, ask your administrator to enable it for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What it is not:<\/strong> Sales Advisor is separate from Auto-Scheduler\u2019s personalized visit recommendations. Auto-Scheduler helps optimize which clients to visit and when. Sales Advisor is the conversational coach you open when you want advice, answers, or help with a specific client or day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<div class=\"su-tabs su-tabs-style-default su-tabs-mobile-stack\" data-active=\"1\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-tabs-nav\"><span class=\"\" data-url=\"\" data-target=\"blank\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Web UI<\/span><span class=\"\" data-url=\"\" data-target=\"blank\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Mobile UI<\/span><\/div><div class=\"su-tabs-panes\"><div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"Web UI\">\n<h2>Where to find it (Web)<\/h2>\n<p>You can open Sales Advisor from several places in the web app. The chat experience is the same; only how you get there changes.<\/p>\n<h3>Home<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign in to Rithm on the web.<\/li>\n<li>Go to <strong>Home<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Find the <strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong> widget on the Home page.<\/li>\n<li>You can type and chat directly in the widget.<\/li>\n<li>Use the <strong>History<\/strong> link in the widget header when you want to revisit past conversations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Clients, Target List, and Pipeline<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open <strong>Clients<\/strong>, <strong>Target List<\/strong>, or <strong>Pipeline<\/strong> from the main navigation.<\/li>\n<li>Look for the yellow <strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong> button (with the Rithm \u201cA\u201d icon).<\/li>\n<li>Click it to open the Sales Advisor chat in a modal window.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Calendar (Schedule)<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open <strong>Schedule<\/strong> (Calendar).<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong> button in the calendar header (icon plus label on desktop; icon-only on smaller screens, with the label <strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong> available to screen readers).<\/li>\n<li>The Sales Advisor modal opens over your calendar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Client detail \u2014 Sales Advisor insights<\/h3>\n<p>When you are looking at a specific client and want help focused on that person:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open a client from <strong>Clients<\/strong> (client detail page).<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Sales Advisor insights<\/strong> control (ghost icon button).<\/li>\n<li>Sales Advisor opens and automatically starts looking into additional details for that client.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can also reach <strong>Sales Advisor insights<\/strong> from the calendar after opening a client popup: choose <strong>Sales Advisor insights<\/strong> from the client options.<\/p>\n<h3>Chat history pages<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>From any open Sales Advisor chat (widget or modal), click <strong>History<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>That takes you to <strong>Sales Advisor History<\/strong>, a list of your past chats.<\/li>\n<li>Click a conversation to open <strong>Sales Advisor Chat<\/strong> and review it.<\/li>\n<li>If the chat is yours, use <strong>Continue chat ><\/strong> to resume it in the Home Sales Advisor widget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>How to use it (Web)<\/h2>\n<h3>Open a conversation<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open Sales Advisor from Home, Clients, Target List, Pipeline, Calendar, or <strong>Sales Advisor insights<\/strong> on a client.<\/li>\n<li>On Home, chat in the widget. Elsewhere, a modal titled <strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong> appears.<\/li>\n<li>In the modal header you will see:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Back<\/strong> \u2014 closes the chat<\/li>\n<li>The title <strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>History<\/strong> \u2014 opens your past conversations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>When you open a new chat, Sales Advisor greets you (often with your first name) and invites you to ask for help boosting sales, getting answers, or spotting what needs attention.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Ask a question<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Click the message field. The placeholder reads <strong>How can I help you today?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Type your question in everyday language. Examples:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cWhat\u2019s on my schedule today?\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cTell me about [client name]\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cHelp me prepare for my meeting with [client name]\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cWho should I prioritize this week?\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cDraft a follow-up after today\u2019s visit\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Send your message by:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Clicking the up-arrow <strong>Send message<\/strong> button, or<\/li>\n<li>Pressing <strong>Enter<\/strong> (use <strong>Shift+Enter<\/strong> if you need a new line without sending), or<\/li>\n<li>Using <strong>Ctrl+Enter<\/strong> \/ <strong>Cmd+Enter<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>The send button stays disabled until there is text in the field.<\/li>\n<li>While Sales Advisor works, you may see status messages such as <strong>Working\u2026<\/strong>, <strong>Preparing answer\u2026<\/strong>, <strong>Getting client details\u2026<\/strong>, <strong>Checking Schedule<\/strong>, <strong>Searching the web\u2026<\/strong>, and similar progress lines. If a reply takes longer, you may see <strong>Still working\u2026<\/strong>, <strong>Thinking\u2026<\/strong>, <strong>Almost there\u2026<\/strong>, and related messages.<\/li>\n<li>The reply streams in as it is written. You may see formatted text, lists, tables, or charts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Use quick-reply buttons<\/h3>\n<p>Sometimes Sales Advisor shows suggestion buttons under a reply. Click a button to send that follow-up automatically. This is a fast way to continue without retyping.<\/p>\n<h3>Review and save a profile card<\/h3>\n<p>When Sales Advisor researches a person, it may show a <strong>profile card<\/strong> with a photo (when available), name, organization, specialties, bio, and more.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Read the summary on the card.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Show more<\/strong> to expand details such as <strong>Languages<\/strong>, <strong>Practice Locations<\/strong>, <strong>Education &#038; Training<\/strong>, <strong>Affiliations<\/strong>, <strong>Focus areas<\/strong>, and <strong>Profile pages<\/strong>. Click <strong>Show less<\/strong> to collapse them.<\/li>\n<li>If the information looks correct and you want it in Rithm, click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The button may show <strong>Saving<\/strong>, then <strong>Saved client profile<\/strong>. If something goes wrong, you may see <strong>Error saving<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Saved content can be added to the client record, including a notes block marked <strong>&#8212; From Sales Advisor &#8212;<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Only save a profile after you have reviewed it. You need permission to edit clients for Save to succeed.<\/p>\n<h3>Accept or reject an appointment card<\/h3>\n<p>Sales Advisor may suggest a meeting as an <strong>appointment card<\/strong> showing <strong>Date<\/strong>, <strong>Time<\/strong>, <strong>Duration<\/strong> (in minutes), and <strong>Client<\/strong> (or <strong>No client<\/strong> if none is linked).<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Check that the date, time, duration, and client are correct.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Accept<\/strong> to save the meeting to your calendar. Success shows <strong>Saved to calendar<\/strong>. Default meeting notes may read <strong>Client meeting from the Sales Advisor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Reject<\/strong> if you do not want that suggestion.<\/li>\n<li>If Accept fails, you may see <strong>Could not save<\/strong>. You need calendar edit permission to accept appointments.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Copy, feedback, and charts<\/h3>\n<p>Under assistant replies you can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Copy<\/strong> the reply<\/li>\n<li>Mark it <strong>Helpful<\/strong> or <strong>Not Helpful<\/strong> (thumbs feedback)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If a reply includes a chart (SVG), click it to <strong>Enlarge chart<\/strong>, then <strong>Close<\/strong> when you are done.<\/p>\n<h3>Use History and continue a chat<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Click <strong>History<\/strong> in the Sales Advisor header (widget or modal).<\/li>\n<li>On <strong>Sales Advisor History<\/strong>, browse past conversations. Relative times such as <strong>Just now<\/strong>, minutes, hours, or days may appear next to each preview.<\/li>\n<li>If you have no history yet, you will see: <em>This area will show the history of chats with the Sales Advisor<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Open a conversation to read it on <strong>Sales Advisor Chat<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Continue chat ><\/strong> to pick up where you left off in the Home widget.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Tips for everyday use (Web)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ask in plain language. You do not need special commands.<\/li>\n<li>Prefer client names over internal IDs when you ask questions.<\/li>\n<li>Use <strong>Sales Advisor insights<\/strong> from a client page when you want help focused on that client.<\/li>\n<li>Always double-check important facts before acting.<\/li>\n<li>Use <strong>Save<\/strong> and <strong>Accept<\/strong> only when the card looks right.<\/li>\n<li>If Sales Advisor is missing from your screens, your account may not include Sales Advisor access\u2014contact your administrator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"Mobile UI\">\n<h2>Where to find it (iOS)<\/h2>\n<p>On the Rithm iPhone app, Sales Advisor opens as a sheet titled <strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong>. Look for the <strong>sparkle<\/strong> icon (or the sparkles button on a client\u2019s detail screen). There is no separate Sales Advisor tab, and the iOS app does not include a chat History screen like the website.<\/p>\n<h3>Clients tab<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign in to the Rithm app.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Clients<\/strong> in the tab bar.<\/li>\n<li>In the top toolbar, tap the <strong>sparkle<\/strong> icon (accessibility label: <strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>The Sales Advisor sheet opens.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The sparkle control is disabled when you are signed out.<\/p>\n<h3>Targets tab<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Tap <strong>Targets<\/strong> in the tab bar (screen title: <strong>Target List<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Tap the <strong>sparkle<\/strong> icon in the toolbar (<strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>The Sales Advisor sheet opens.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Schedule tab<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Tap <strong>Schedule<\/strong> in the tab bar.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the <strong>sparkle<\/strong> icon in the leading toolbar (near route mode controls).<\/li>\n<li>Sales Advisor opens as a sheet over the Schedule screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Client detail<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open a client from <strong>Clients<\/strong> or <strong>Targets<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the header action row (with Directions, Phone, and Check-in), tap the circular <strong>sparkles<\/strong> button (<strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>The Sales Advisor sheet opens.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> On iOS, opening Sales Advisor from a client\u2019s detail screen does <strong>not<\/strong> automatically send that client\u2019s context the way <strong>Sales Advisor insights<\/strong> does on the web. Mentions the client by name in your question if you want advice focused on that person (for example, \u201cHelp me prepare for my visit with Dr. Smith\u201d).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>How to use it (iOS)<\/h2>\n<h3>Open a conversation<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign in, then open Sales Advisor from Clients, Targets, Schedule, or a client detail screen.<\/li>\n<li>A sheet appears titled <strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong>, usually starting at about half screen height. You can drag it larger (half and full-height detents). As the conversation grows, the sheet may expand automatically.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the <strong>X<\/strong> (<strong>Close<\/strong>) to dismiss, or swipe down in the usual way. Closing cancels any reply still in progress.<\/li>\n<li>When the sheet opens, Sales Advisor requests an opening message and may show <strong>Working\u2026<\/strong> while it prepares. You do not need to type first.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you are not signed in, you will see <strong>Sign in to use Sales Advisor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Ask a question<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Tap the field at the bottom. The prompt reads <strong>How can I help you today?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Type your question. Examples:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cWhat\u2019s on my schedule today?\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cTell me about [client name]\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cHelp me prepare for my meeting with [client name]\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cWho needs attention this week?\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cSuggest a follow-up after today\u2019s visit\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Press <strong>Return<\/strong> on the keyboard to send. On iOS there is <strong>no separate Send button<\/strong>\u2014Return sends the message.<\/li>\n<li>Your message appears on the right; Sales Advisor replies on the left (with a sparkle avatar).<\/li>\n<li>While waiting, you may see <strong>Working\u2026<\/strong>, then rotating messages such as <strong>Still working\u2026<\/strong>, <strong>Working on it\u2026<\/strong>, <strong>Thinking\u2026<\/strong>, <strong>Almost there\u2026<\/strong>, <strong>Almost done\u2026<\/strong>, or <strong>Creating response\u2026<\/strong>. Live status from the server can also appear briefly.<\/li>\n<li>Replies stream in as text. You may also see quick-reply buttons, profile cards, or appointment cards.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sending a new message while a reply is still loading cancels the previous request and starts the new one.<\/p>\n<h3>Use quick-reply buttons<\/h3>\n<p>Blue capsule buttons may appear under a reply. Tap one to send that choice as your next message. This is the fastest way to continue a suggested path.<\/p>\n<h3>Review and save a profile card<\/h3>\n<p>When Sales Advisor presents researched client information:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Review the photo (or placeholder), name, organization, specialties, role, and bio.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Show more<\/strong> \/ <strong>Show less<\/strong> for expanded sections such as <strong>Languages<\/strong>, <strong>Practice Locations<\/strong>, <strong>Education &#038; Training<\/strong>, <strong>Affiliations<\/strong>, <strong>Focus areas<\/strong>, and <strong>Profile pages<\/strong> (links may be tappable).<\/li>\n<li>If the information looks correct, tap <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>You will see <strong>Saving<\/strong>, then <strong>Saved client profile<\/strong> on success, or <strong>Error saving<\/strong> (you can tap to retry).<\/li>\n<li>Save appears when you are signed in and the profile data is available to save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Always review the card before saving. Saved content can update the client record in Rithm.<\/p>\n<h3>Accept or reject an appointment card<\/h3>\n<p>Appointment cards show suggested meeting details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Title \/ notes (default if empty: <strong>Client meeting from the Sales Advisor<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Date:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Time:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> (for example, <strong>30 min<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client:<\/strong> (name, organization, or <strong>No client<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Then:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tap <strong>Accept<\/strong> to save the meeting to your calendar. Success shows <strong>Saved to calendar<\/strong>. Your Schedule can refresh, and the app may jump to the meeting\u2019s date when it can parse one.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Reject<\/strong> to dismiss the card if you do not want that suggestion. Reject only hides the card on your device; it does not create a calendar entry.<\/li>\n<li>If Accept fails, an alert titled <strong>Sales Advisor<\/strong> may appear (for example, <strong>Sign in to save this appointment.<\/strong> or <strong>Could not save<\/strong>). Tap <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Close and start fresh<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Tap <strong>Close<\/strong> (X) or dismiss the sheet when you are done.<\/li>\n<li>Conversations are not kept on screen after you close the sheet. The next time you open Sales Advisor, you get a new chat and a new opening message.<\/li>\n<li>Unlike the website, the iOS app does <strong>not<\/strong> offer a <strong>History<\/strong> list or <strong>Continue chat<\/strong> flow. Use the web app if you need to review or resume older Sales Advisor conversations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tips and differences from the website (iOS)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Look for the <strong>sparkle<\/strong> icon\u2014that is Sales Advisor on mobile.<\/li>\n<li>Send with <strong>Return<\/strong>; there is no Send arrow button like on the web.<\/li>\n<li>There is <strong>no History<\/strong> screen on iOS.<\/li>\n<li>Opening from a client does <strong>not<\/strong> auto-start \u201cinsights\u201d for that client; name the client in your question.<\/li>\n<li>Keep messages reasonably short. Very long messages may fail because of mobile request length limits; shorten the text and try again.<\/li>\n<li>Stay signed in and connected to the network. If the connection drops or a reply times out, you may see messages such as <strong>Network unavailable.
